“I LOVE this branch in Bath! The staff here are always so lovely, the atmosphere inside is so cosy and comfortable- whilst being clean and well-kept. The drinks here have always been well-made and I highly recommend a visit. It's in a stunning location too :)”
“Really huge but cost feeling Caffe Nero. The opening hours are fantastic and the decor is welcoming. Lovely kind staff, really amazing soya hot chocolate and ok vegan Christmas panini. Definitely recommend going to this Caffe Nero. Right next Bath spa and the bus station.”
“The staff are progressively turning this once fine peaceful cafe into their own play area. Not somewhere any more for a quiet coffee , a read, and a respectful chat. Neros make a play on being a traditional coffee house. They were; this isn’t. Sad. Three days later. What a difference. Well done Tom. Endeavour to persevere.”
“Very clean Starbucks. One I didn't know existed. My daughter used it everyday at University. Large seating areas. Not crampt at all like some other coffee shops.”
“What a wonderful spot in the middle of town centre! The best gateway for your trips/ list to do in Bath. :) We had a lovely check in by Talita, and the other colleague that (apologize), we did not catch the name. Always smiling, and whats more important - helpful, open hearted woman. It is not our first time, and Talita been always great. :) We also had late evening meal, and Andrea - manager - looked after us so well. There was the other girl, who was on her second shift, but she was very attentive and helpful too! Absolutely delightful dinner & breakfast experience! The menu offers a range of scrumptious options made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is charming, and the room that we have been given was ohh gosh... excellent! Thank you Francis Hotel and Boho Marche Team! :)”
“I was passing through and just stopped for a quick coffee. The blonde barista with the tattoos served me amazing coffee and was really kind to me. I will definitely come back again. Coffee shops need more employees like her”
“Giant selection of Sandwiches, drinks and snacks for the meal deal, which is reasonably priced. The fast food (Pizza counter and char) is brilliant. It's quick (most days), and tastes brilliant. I had a Pizza Slice and a Mini Garlic pizza for £4, and given the size, and taste it was amazing value. Great for a quick lunch stop.”
“Most of my shopping was able to find in store seems to be priced in line with other supermarkets”
“Very good service from the staff on duty. Food on the menu was tasty. Dogs allowed in bistro.”
“The place was aesthetically pleasing, I visited Bath for 3 days and on my last day there I tried this shop, for an afternoon tea, as I was tired strolling around the town. There I was, resting and I tried their biscoff cupcake and a pot of tea. It was a nice experience, they just seemed a bit lack of staff, there were only 2 of them, and it was a bit busy, the other one felt like she was new. Other than that it was a good experience.”
“My favourite London coffee chain and I've now found it in Bath too. Tucked away on the corner of Union Street, this place is in the centre yet has a calm feel. Standard Soho coffee brilliance; great coffee, chilled atmosphere, modern industrial interior and offers student discount. Definitely worth a visit.”
“Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.”
“This is now a vegan food outlet - absolutely fab and very reasonably priced”
“Food is full value for money. Been a few times now for breakfast. Cannit fault it. £1.81 for a hot refill, game changer. Other coffee shops are missing a trick here. Plus staff are canny.”
“Just had a lovely weekend away, and stay at the Lamp Post Villa. The room was modern with an ensuite shower, and very comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was included in the price: juice, lovely filter coffee, tea, toast, preserves, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit and set you up for a good start to the day. The location was great, only a 10 minute, pleasant walk to the centre. The b&b offers great value, and the host Carmine was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.”
“Came with a friend for a meal. Absolutely amazing service, especially as I have a nut allergy. They walked me through the menu step by step, and when the food arrived, they even bought me separate cutlery, so I knew there was no cross contamination. Food was fantastic, and so was the atmosphere and staff. Thank you for a pleasant evening. Jess”
