“I love the Yate store, and everyone is so helpful. Their customer service is second to none. However, i do wish you stocked the larger sizes in store as I am a larger lady and can never buy anything on the high street at all. I went away for a weekend and forgot a skirt or trousers to change into, unfortunately you had stopped selling the larger sizes and ao I was unable to get anything. People sizes 14 upwards seem to have many choices of shops. We bigger ladies have none.”

“The Bristol branch is a bright and well laid out store. The products are vast and enticing. A big and heartfelt shout out to Ethan. His demeanor was calm and well informed. I explained that I was recovering from a life changing illness and had lost my confidence in deciding on my choices, but that i am embracing the opportunity to explore changes in clothing and styles. I love the the Carhartt brand and cuts. To have had Ethan guide me was an exceptional retail experience . Thank you !”

Every question I had was answered and I gained alot of knowledge from what the staff told me and helpful tips on begging my running journey. “I received a North Face jacket many years ago, and it has finally started to literally come apart at the seems (after more than a decade it must be said) so I popped into this shop on a whim recently to see if I could get a similar replacement. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help, and clearly knowledgeable about their current stock and other lines. We found a jacket extremely similar to the one I had, and it felt amazingly comfy and cozey even on a hot day in June! I was tempted to go ahead and buy it but it just wasn't quite what I wanted. The staff recommended I bring my old jacket in so they could help me further, even if it meant going online and looking at stock they don't carry in their own store (which is kind of a big deal since real life in-person shops are a dying breed these days). I hope these folks genuinely like their jobs and weren't just putting on the Customer Service face for me, but even if they were, it worked, and I felt very well taken care of, and eager to go back next time I'm in Bristol and actually make a purchase!”
