They were £30 more on the Rieker website, so keen to try and save some ££'s! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, double checking on stock and promising to post that day. It being Christmas week, I was very impressed with the service and the fact they were safely delivered the following day. I will have a happy lad Christmas morning, thank you. Highly recommended x”

I wanted a particular green dress which they didn’t have in store in my size. She searched all the other stores and ordered me one to get delivered into the store. She was so kind and helpful and really went above and beyond. She was so desperate for me to have this dress for a special night out. It may not get delivered in time, but I’m still buying it anyway. Amazing customer service and a lovely lady. I’ll definitely be back x”
