The engineer who initially inspected the old boiler explained clearly what the problems were, and the owner came to do a thorough review and confirmed what was needed to get the system back up and running. The job was then booked in and undertaken on the agreed date in a highly efficient manner. The engineers who undertook the work were extremely professional and did a great job. Customer service was excellent throughout the project, and after care service likewise excellent. We would thoroughly recommend Plumbright, which is one of the best plumbing and heating firms we have encountered, and will definitely use them again.”

I went in and after the initial greetings, I confirmed I was happy browsing for the moment. Once I'd identified my new potential washer, I asked all the usual questions. I learned a lot about the all brands you think are brands in their own-right but turn out to be the same brand, just with different packaging etc. I was shown a different but very similarly priced machine which was in keeping with my requirements. I opted for the one I felt met my criteria (pipped-to-the-post by the machine with real and sturdy buttons, not too much chrome to have to keep shiny, super speedy cold washes etc.), paid for it and then TOOK IT AWAY IN MY OWN CAR within minutes. 2 years down the line, it's still functioning wonderfully. Fantastic. Thank you.”

“I had my old car serviced and MOT'd here, the guys were always friendly and helpful, during my service it came to light that I needed a coolant pump replacing which wasn't ideal, but I knew it was likely as I was losing coolant. The price was reasonable, and the work was carried out as fast as they could get the part. Where they really went above and beyond was 6 months later when I started to notice coolant loss again, I took the car back having had a look myself and seeing there was liquid dripping from somewhere. They called me up and told me that the head gasket was going (was something I was worried about as I had noticed excess smoke out the back but hoped it was just the time of year) rather than charge me an arm and a leg to replace the gasket or fix it temporarily for cheap they advised me to get rid of the car. Then when I went to pick the car up, they didn't even charge me for the time they spent, they did me a real solid and have probably saved me a lot of money in the long run. I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else.”
