“Night 4 walking Cotswold way, immediately on arrival the young Polish lady behind the bar asked how she could help, she agreed to let me pay by card for everything after i finished eating & drinking later on in the evening, then showing me to my clean & airy room, with well equipped tea & coffee, she left me to have a lovely shower before going down to the bar for a excellent dinner, the next mornings breakfast was of the same standard!”

“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”

“Service was immaculate. Breakfast and evening meal were amazing. Reception staff went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Room was spacious and had a great view over the water. Close to the city centre everything was a stones throw a way. The pool closed the week before we came which was a little disappointing but didn’t really affect us as there was plenty in the area to do. Thanks to the Holland House team for making our weekend so amazing.”

The next morning, we happily set off on our journey, but a few hours later we received a phone call from the hotel informing us that our jewellery box had been left in the room. Inside were my gold and pearl necklaces and other valuable items. Thanks to the honesty and professionalism of your staff — especially the housekeeping team — everything was kept safe and returned to us exactly as we left it, even after a month. We are truly impressed by the integrity, kindness, and excellent service we experienced. Didn't try the food as the menu was limited but one of the staff mentioned the pub across the road and I would recommend going there as the food was excellent and staff friendly and less than a 10 min walk.”

“Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of August with my dog who had major surgery at Bristol Vets Specialists which was a 10 minute walk away. Was so convenient, especially as pets were allowed. Staff were amazing, particularly Katie, who gave hugs and empathy the day my dog had surgery, I would also like to thank Nicola and Sian too. Highly recommended, I will always remember their kindness, thank you.”

“Visited bath to relax and chill from the hustle bustle of London. Was very lucky to get to visit this hostel in bath it was very clean tidy beds were comfy. Real smart mod con facilities usb points in beds plugs even a reading light What more could you ask for. I felt like a flash packer not a backpacker ☺️ I Was checked in by Louise she told me all about the facilities and very professional was even given a free drink for booking on there site. She made me feel welcome great service and hospitality. Josh was great to good customer service made me feel welcome. Zach was great to very professional and helped me with all the questions I had during my stay. If your in bath definitely look these guys up”
