“Seriously. 44 pounds for a double room. The sheets were clean, the room was tidy. It was quiet and very easy to find. There was even parking for a tenner. If i had paid a lot of money i might have complained a bit about the older appliances or the daggy decor. But you get what you pay for and for 44 pound a night my wife and i were extremely happy”

“Had a great stay here, the location was amazing and the staff are really friendly. Room was small but clean/comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but what do you expect from a grade ll listed Georgian building! Be aware bath has a large seagull population and you will here there wherever you are. We found them hilarious as they sounded like they were all chatting with even names one Steven!”

“I couldn't justify rating the Aztec spa anything less than 5 stars, due to the outstanding customer service we received. The facilities were very good. There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms, and gym. Anya the masseuse was amazing. There was an impressive selection of complimentary foods and drinks including cereal, biscuits, smoothie shots, teas, and coffees. A lot of care had been put into providing vegan options at the restaurant. The pool is shared with non-spa users staying at the hotel, which unfortunately meant there was a grown adult man who was splashing his friends on the poolside lounge chairs. As he was the beta male of his group, he was starved of attention and hoped his clowning around would impress the girls who had chosen to sit with the alpha male on lounge chairs instead. I understand that it's not possible to make the pool exclusive for spa users, but it would be good to eliminate immature and disruptive behaviour. It would also be good if they could introduce a fully online booking system, as currently the only option is to book by phone. I would specify on the website that gym access is included as part of spa days, as this is a major selling point. Overall this was definitely a worthwhile experience, and I would happily visit again.”

“I wish I could give Paul and the Wild Goose team more stars! Beautiful cabins in a fantastic spot next to the Thatchers brewery. We were so well looked after by Paul and his team - he helped us with the setup for a party, put a cot in, and lent us equipment too. The cabins are beautiful with some thoughtful extra touches, and were very well provisioned with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. A brilliant weekend.”

“Beautiful property that feels serene and peaceful. I loved feeding the farm animals one morning and sitting by the ponds surrounded by beautiful trees and hills. My room was lovely and had everything I needed with nice extra touches and welcome basket. Highly recommend!”

“Paradise retreat was our 1 Y/O golden's first experience of boarding and now we wouldn't send him anywhere else. Donna and Steve treat the dogs like their own with plenty of safe socialising and play time. They are easy to contact and have a wonderful set up with heated, cosy kennels. We have total peace of mind sending our boy there and he always comes back happy and chilled.”

“We can highly recommend this very competent, very experienced and friendly Travel Agent who helped us arrange a special holiday in St Lucia in January. We took advantage of an advertisement on Facebook and Gill ensured at every step that our requirements were met. We were really impressed that all 3 ladies there that day, had recent personal experience of St Lucia and made the decision on hotel choice easy. Jenette really does have a very good professional team and when we had one or two subsequent queries before flying out, Jenette, Gill and Lisa were so helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they took genuine care to ensure we had everything we needed. “This was a fantastic secluded beautiful spot set up in a way where you felt that you were on your own. The yurts were well set up with power and the outdoor kitchen was well stocked with pans etc and a fridge. We would definitely return. Neily the host, was welcoming, attentive and responsive to what we needed. Location was near by car to Glastonbury, Welles. Highly recommend!”

“George Sparks provided excellent service to myself when arranging a party of 10 for South African Lions. Throughout the process George kept us updated with the latest info re COVID and how are tour was likely to be affected. Very good hotels and tickets in Cape Town arranged. Such a shame we choose not to go. Again George Sparks was excellent in his communication and even chased up our party in order that he could refund all monies. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else.”

“An all round excellent service from the moment Jake came to give a valuation of our house giving us feedback on every viewing we had and providing a dedicated service meaning our house had offers received and accepted within 8 days of going on the market. From there the 'aftercare' work he has put in has been really good which is also backed up from a professional and friendly office working who are prompt and carry out the actions they say they will do. We have saved over £2500 in estate agency costs which is amazing for us as a family and can be well used for other cost's in moving. I would use Housefox again and can see why they receive the acclaim they do for the 5 star customer service they provide.”
