“Really good afternoon throwing axes...Isaac was a good Instructor with a good mix of humour and seriousness and although we thought 70 mins would be a long time it went by so fast....the bottomless brunch was also good with the pizza being tasty and big enough (with the drinks).”

“Went with 2 friends and had a fantastic time. All of us had done different escape the rooms before, and we agreed this was the best one any of us had experienced. The right level of challenging, and opportunity for hints if needed (we did not). Our host was excellent, easy to talk to and after we completed it answered our questions about the room itself and how it works/is run. Good value. Would recommend to anyone. I only hope they're able to expand as planned, cause I would love to take on another challenge devised by the team behind this.”

“Our 8 Year old had their birthday party here and it was great. All the kids had a great time and left feeling well fed and well exercised. The staff were really friendly and helpful and checked in during the party to make sure things were going smoothly. And then everyone left with a decent party bag provided by Goals which saved us having to raid the Range/ B&M for goodie bags. As a parent it was easy to book and then we just had to turn up and join in with some football games. Would higly recommend as a party venue for any kids parties.”

“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”

“Wow the course is so much fun and Stu is such a good teacher. Set in a fantastic studio with music on in the background. Stu is always going around the table to help out those that have gotten a bit too ambitious and have failed. Such a great experience that we've been twice. Looking forward to going a third time soon.”

“Pitch Up and Play provided an incredible crèche service for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Isabella, Toni and Sandy took wonderful care of our children as well as our family’s children, creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Communication before the wedding was excellent, and it was especially thoughtful to receive profiles of the nannies that were looking after our children ahead of the day. This allowed the children to learn a bit about them and see their photos in advance, which really helped them feel comfortable and excited to meet them. Isabella, Toni and Sandy arrived fully prepared with a fantastic range of toys, games, and craft activities to suit the different ages and interests of all the children. Our youngest daughter, 2, had never spent time in a crèche setting prior to our wedding day, so I was apprehensive about how she would react to being left to play without a familiar adult, however she was completely at ease and happy to be left and immediately engaged with the Isabella, Toni and Sandy. Additionally their warmth, professionalism, and experience shone through, and every child was happy, entertained, and completely at ease in their care. Having Pitch Up and Play with us made a huge difference, allowing us and our guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. We are so grateful to them all, for the wonderful service they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare support at an event. Thank you all so much ❤️”

I knew the views would be stunning - and so what can go wrong? - but I had no idea how lucky I was to get to know this lovely group! “Always perfect service from the staff on the kiosk! Me and my other half have been buying from them for years, better tasting and better presented than every other sushi kiosk in other supermarkets! The staff member named Rosie has always greeted us and has a little chat while she works always makes our days better aswell as making us the sushi that isn’t on display that day so we always leave happy! The forgotten ends is perfect for lower budget purchases aswell as giving you a bit of everything, even better that it supports a charity with its purchase too! We will continue to purchase from them and always look forward to our next visit!”
