“The porchetta sandwhich is to die for, they have different options for fillings etc but even just with the meat it’s so flavourful. They have a variety of italian desserts and lovely coffee too. Michelle and Mimmo are truly fantastic, they make you feel welcome and look after you.”

“The guys there, Steve and Stu, really know their stuff. They carry nearly all the juices I've ever heard off, and loads I haven't. They also have loads of testers available to try. They also have a wide range of mods, batteries, chargers, coils and coil building sets. Basically everything you could need. Nicely laid out shop with everything you could need regarding vaping all under 1 roof. And their prices are really good. Next time I'm in I'll take some pics to post as it's really cool inside. “We had a fantastic weekend stay at Windylands B&B this summer! Everything was perfect-the environment was so peaceful and comfortable, and our room was incredibly clean, making us feel right at home. A huge thank you to the host, Richard, for preparing everything for us and for his wonderfully warm welcome and care. He made us feel like we'd known him forever! The delicious breakfast each morning was also a highlight (truly the best hotel breakfast l've ever had), ensuring we felt completely pampered and at ease.”

“We stayed at the Kennard Boutique Guesthouse for two nights and had a lovely visit. The check-in was super smooth even though we arrived late. The rooms were super cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. All of us agree that the hotel breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The neighbourhood had loads of great restaurants and felt safe in the evening. If we visit Bath again we will definitely stay here.”

We hadn't been to Chepstow for some time but the building has been transformed in recent years and is a credit to the town.. Interior is clean, light and airy. All in all a great place to stay or just stop for a drink.”

“Was lucky to get in here, after ridiculously.let down by the 'Pear of India' Glad they did!!! Upon arrival Was greeted by a beautiful smile, and all the staff seemed so happy to accommodate you. Went with the: Yak Leti Lamb Pork Bhutuwa Stunningly succulen, delicious and rich favoured. Genuinely enjoyed every morsel. Prices are also beyond reasonable for what you get! Highly recommended”

“Would definitely recommend this place for meals if you are visiting Bath. They serve very nicely cooked meals and have a nicely decorated environment for you to enjoy your meal. Must try their signature 3x handplyed scallop, with the green sauce and lemon, fresh and nicely cooked. They offer lunch set which we can have refillable yorkshire tea with a main course. Their cod fillet is fresh and juicy, with the green paste and sauce together, just perfect. Salmon fishcake is another recommended dish if you like salmon. Different texture but still nicely cooked. Overall portion is big together with the potato. It’s a gem in Bath. We were seated on the open terrace, which can directly feel the chill in the air and direct sunlight. Mint chocolates come with the bill box is just nice as well. The waiter and waitress were very responsive and friendly from seating until leaving. Pet friendly restaurant”

“Amazing food! I had the scallops, then duck, and then the chocolate ganache to finish - all dishes were very delicious and cooked well. The cheese board also has a great selection of cheeses, and they give you a mountain of crackers. The staff were also lovely and attentive. Will definitely be recommending this restaurant to everyone!”

“Had a lovely birthday lunch at Ponte Vecchio last week. We were well looked after by Tommy in particular, but all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was all delicious, especially the scallop starter they had on special. Will definitely go back next time we're in Bath, highly recommended.”

“This was a lovely little shop. I was wandering around all the shops and popped in here, but ended up staying for ages because there was so much to look at. Their vintage options were brilliant, and well organised into different sections. The prices were also reasonable around £18-£33 for the jumpers I was looking at. The staff were also super friendly, asking if I needed help and complimenting my bag charm.”

“Loving the new Galleries cafe revamp in Freshford! Amazing that its now open longer hours and at weekends. Perfect tea stop after a country walk! We had great service from our lovely waitress Lucy, a scrummy selection of salads, quiches, sandwiches and delicious cakes, and great coffee too, all in the most beautiful location. Idyllic!”

“Colonna & Small's – what a beauty. I ordered myself an iced oat milk latte and it was just the thing for the summer heat. The plain croissant and the chocolate one were both buttery, fresh and absolutely delicious. The vibe is minimalist and it’s definitely a must-visit. I only wish I had more time to sit and work from this lovely café, enjoying their excellent speciality coffee.”

“One of the most charming pubs in Bath. Their signature pies are top notch every single time, but so are their sausages and all the other wonderful things they pile onto your plate! Their gravy flavours compliment the pies ans sausages so well. They also sale local ales and ciders. Staff are friendly and talkative. Unfortunately you can't book but this place is so worth the visit because the food and atmosphere are fantastic!”

“The best park for miles! We don’t live in bath and often make the trip here, even if not just for the play park. The duck pond and botanical gardens make for an excellent time. The play area itself is always kept well with a huge variety of equipment for all ages. It is also maintained and replaced often when needed. Quieter in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Make sure you take 20p for the loos!”

“A really pleasant and well run guest house/B&B. It is a 15 minute walk into Bath centre but sits close to wonderful parks and country. There are also bar, restaurant and convenient shopping facilities nearby. The room was spacious with a really nice bathroom, luxurious linen and towels. Very, very clean. really made to feel welcome without being intruded upon. Excellent place to stay!”

“My partner and I have been here many times and we absolutely love it! The views from the outdoor seating and beer garden are lovely anytime of day, especially in the summer, making it the perfect place to relax with a few drinks. The inside seating area has a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the winter, with friendly and professional staff. The food here never disappoints, with a wide range of choices, all of which are delicious! A special thanks to the Chef, Matt behind the bar and Kim who served us for the 5 star service. In the autumn, walk along the path beneath the canopy of century old horse chestnut trees. In the winter, enjoy the light filtering through the trees. In the spring, admire the beauty of the many cherry blossom trees. In the summer, sit in the cool shade of the rose covered arbor. Every season gives its own joy.”

“If I were to recommend a park to visit in Bath, Alexandra Park would be at the top of my list. Not only is it in a fantastic location with plenty of scenic walking trails leading to interesting spots, but it also boasts arguably the most stunning panoramic view of the city. On top of that, you can enjoy delicious coffee and pastries from Choux Box, and there’s plenty of space for dogs to run around. A must-visit!”

“The service was great! Had lovely conversation with the chef who is from Barcelona, and the service staff who is also Spanish! We ordered the steak paella and it was delightful! Full of flavours of the beef and various spices that unfold as you bite into the rice! The rice was nice and crisp and flavourful till the last bite! You can tell that the chef loves to cook and he checked in on us a lot! The croquette was really crispy and rich. The octopus was a nice complexity of flavour. From the sweetness of the octopus, to the punch of garlic sauce and the earthiness of the mash! A great combination altogether! The atmosphere was really nice! Fit for a cosy intimate wedding”

“Lovely Afternoon Tea Experience in the Heart of Bath We visited this location for Afternoon Tea and had a really beautiful experience. We arrived around 2:30 PM and were lucky to catch a live piano concert, which added an elegant touch to the atmosphere. The standard Afternoon Tea menu was around £100 for two people, which felt fair considering the amount of food included. There is plenty to eat — definitely more sweet than savoury — but everything was fresh and nicely presented. The service was very kind and attentive, and the interior is absolutely charming. One of the highlights is the back rooms, where the walls display the history of the place and its connection to the Roman Baths. It’s actually linked to the Pump Room, and if you choose to visit the Pump Room and then the Roman Baths afterwards, you can skip the main queue, which is a great bonus. Overall, if you’re visiting Bath and want a traditional Afternoon Tea in a beautiful and historic setting, I definitely recommend this place.”

“We had two cappuccino and one lemon cake here. Coffee was really good however lemon cake was old and taste like fridge. Hope you understand what I meant. It tasted like they’ve put it into the fridge without covering it with anything.”
