“I went to this store on Sunday specifically as it was the only Boots in Coventry which stocked something I wanted. One lady (I forgot to get her name but she's a brunette with a great sense of style, awesome glasses and a fringe) was insanely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed and didn't hesitate to ask her manager if the item was available but in the back. When she returned with the item I needed, she also brought the other two in the range. Overall, a great experience. Thank you to that particular staff member - you were awesome!”

“Stopped by the OPEN TIL 8:00 pm pharmacy for my prescription and a bit of generic Viagra then to the top notch cafe for my toast and tea served by the brilliant Cassie and Ritik. Meanwhile I left two smoked salmons 3 daze ago at the self checkout and customer service said No receipt? No problem and they traced the transaction via my Clubcard and okayed me to get some more. But everyone is so cool at this Tesco and the muzak is great.”

A member of staff saw our struggle and came to help. Then when I'd paid came the same lady came to arrange for another member of staff to carry our bags to the car! “I was leaving for a holiday later this day and I did not have enough of my medication to last the duration of the trip. I had asked the GP to put through an emergency prescription but this was taking too long. After speaking to Harp, he called the GP to check that the emergency prescription was being processed before he issued me the medication. Thanks to Harp I was able to go ahead with the holiday, so thank you for going above and beyond. I would also like to say that every time I have asked for a prescription the staff have been polite and efficient, placing this store above any other I have used, in my eyes.”

“Great Pharmacy, right on my doorstep and next to the Drs. Only grip is the lunchtime closing, (i would make this 4.5 star review, but it doesnt do 1/2 stars) - its a local Pharmacy, most local Pharmacies do the same. They have decent stock off over the counter and prescription medications. Very happy with their service, the staff are always friendly and helpful.”
