From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day โ something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Dannyโs excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that Iโd asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push โ just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldnโt hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!โ

โI have been here twice, on each occasion I received the best care. Reports were given to me within the time frame, they were upfront on tests I will need to do and ones that weren't necessary. The medical reports were gone through by the consultant ( on the day and a follow up telephone for the blood results). All questions were answered, I was never left with any uncertainty or unsure about anything. The reception staff are welcoming and polite. They offer complimentary coffee, latte, water etc and inform you to help yourself. They go out of the way to make you feel like you're welcomed. I needed to have bloods taken and the trained professional was able to take blood in one go! I usually get poked at least 3 times, but she was a pro! Made me feel comfortable and was talking, I didn't even realise that she drew blood until afterwards. I highly recommend this practice, it is my favourite private practice in Birmingham just a distance to get to, but worth it. The facility is also wheelchair friendly.โ
