Rachel the salon owner has a lovely group of girls working in the salon and clearly sets high standards. The salon is nicely decorated and has a lovely feel about the place. βWe usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.β

βWe were able to be seen within 12 hour's, of finding an issue with one of our cats. The staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The vet we saw, had to deal with our grumpy cat, who doesn't care for vets. But she came to relax and let him help her. We are so pleased to have them, knowing they are there for our animals. Can't recommend them highly enough.β

βWe had a ladies mini golf break to Ardencote. Afternoon golf, dinner, shared room, breakfast buffet, more golf. Great location for a mixed age and ability group. Course is very flat and not particularly interesting but suited the needs of our group and our texas scramble comp. One lady hired a buggy. The spa facilities were lovely. We all agreed that the hotel and the dinner were great. I thought the staff were particularly helpful.β

βI came for an overnight stay and was wowed as soon as I got there. It was lovely. Beautiful decor and room was a fantastic size. The spa was so relaxing and the food afrom the bar and restaurant was delicious. Had a bath in the room which was fab. Breakfast was all great quality products. Staff were friendly and professional. Cant wait to cisit again. The only downside was 1 of the beds mattress protector had a stain and the pillow was a little dirty but it did not ruin our stay at all staff were very accommodatingβ

βThis lovely hotel is not located far from the centre of Stratford upon Avon but far enough for it to be quiet and peaceful. The double room was well laid out and clean. Staff for friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning had a food spread. We also had a lovely evening meal here as well. Although a bit on the pricey side the food was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.β

238 Brownsover Hall Hotel
βWe came to Brownsover Hall tonight on their soft opening night. We have really looked forward to seeing the hotel come back to life after is declined under its previous owners. To say the new owners have redeveloped the hotel is an understatement. They have improved the hotel incredibly and turned it into a uniquely beautiful boutique hotel. The welcome was fabulous, the receptionist Alice was very pleasant and smiley, as were the bar staff and Adam we anssume F&B Manager was very welcoming too. In fact we spoke to a number of members of staff and all were friendly and welcoming. Harry served us and he was knowledgable and helpful and again exactly how you would want a high quality establishments staff to treat you. The food was excellent, the flat iron steak cooked to perfection. The other dishes we had were fabulous too. The tarte-tatin is most definitely worth waiting for. The ambience of the restaurant, Scottβs, was awesome and has as with the rest of the hotel been lovingly and skilfully interior designed. We will definitely return after such a lovely experience. Weβve used this hotel many times in the past and it is now another level. The new owners have created a wonderful experience. Well done on creating such a beautiful environment.β
