βChinese/Asian shop offering a large variety of products. I went to get food for a hot pot at home and came out with many more products than you would get in a hot pot restaurant. Huge selection of tofu, dumplings, noodles. Price is reasonable compared to other Asian shops nearby. It's very spacious too.β
βLove Usher Hall. Been here a few times, most recently to see Zak Brown speak about leadership and the 2025 F1 season. A beautiful venue. Reasonable prices. Good seats!β
βHighly highly recommend Bowzos, itβs my favourite pet shop in Edinburgh and have been going for years!! Lovely selection of treats, toys and dog wear. I canβt go past it without my dog Iggy insisting on going in. All the staff is super lovely and generous too β€οΈβ
βA hidden gem just outside the city! We recently visited Braidburn Valley Park and absolutely loved it. Itβs a peaceful, green space with a beautifully flowing small canal that adds to the calm atmosphere. Just 15β20 minutes from Edinburgh city centre, itβs a perfect spot to relax, clear your mind, and enjoy some fresh air away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal for a quiet walk or a short escape into nature. Highly recommended!β
βLovely, clean and spacious surroundings, in a quaint old building - with car parking at entrance. Home made lentil soup was piping hot and really tasty. And some quite unique cheesecake flavours - all the ones we ordered were delicious. Wasnβt that busy for lunchtime which seems such a shame. It is a little off the beaten track, but well worth a visit.β

βA lovely place to have a snack or even some warm soup on a cold rainy day! The atmosphere is simply enchanting, sweet yet simple decorum with a glaze of the best jazz classics, it feels like youβre in your own home but with better views. Highly recommend trying out their sweets, as they collaborate with small bakeries and are not outrageously sweet.β
βStellar experience. First the wine was very refreshing and simply delicious. The selection and pairings with the food was perfect. Then the food itself was delicate, diverse and sometimes even complex, but always with pleasure and taste as the center. The chef is very skilled, and the whole crew makes for the best hosts. I recommend fullyβ

βLovely place, nice atmosphere. I had a BLT which was delicious however I bought a cake which was clearly past it's best so left most of it after I tried it. βFirst visit with my seven year old retriever having just moved from my previous Vet. Very happy with the service we received. βWe came across some great old videos we'd long forgotten but when we came to play them, our long-unused old VHS machine wasn't in the best of health. Looking for a refurbished model or repairer, I came across an advert for this Edinburgh company. After a quick exchange of emails describing the problem we delivered it to the shop, where Julian soon had it working again. Moving Pictures is a place well worth knowing about.β
