“If you got long waits for a taxi which in Dunfermline can happen alot or you have days where you don't see a taxi about I recommend use Halbeath taxi. I know the driver and he's friendly. Local so you don't have to wait silly lengths of time for him. I will be using myself in a couple weeks so will give a follow up after my experience”

“This place is an absolute gem! I recently booked a couple of nights at Garvock house very last minute whilst driving to the west of Scotland to visit family. Decided to break up the journey and so glad that I chose here! The hotel grounds and garden are beautiful and such a lovely, peaceful area to relax in. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were all excellent. I completely fell in love with this place and already looking to rebook for a few more days later in the year :)”

“For the price, this place was perfect. We had a great night sleep, comfy pillows, 24 hour bar, and breakfast. We stayed in luxury stays for most of our trip but stopped here before the airport. Felt like we wasted some money other places after staying here, it always feels risky booking a place that’s cheaper but we were incredibly satisfied with everything.”

The staff in this hotel are fantastic knowledgeable on the area and the customer service they provide is exceptional. “From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner – a very kind and friendly person. We had a pleasant conversation, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. The room was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very cozy. We spent a lovely and relaxing time there. Later, we went for dinner and really enjoyed it – the food was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. In the morning, we had breakfast – a classic English breakfast served buffet-style, so we could help ourselves. Some hot dishes were brought to us by a kind lady, including tasty eggs, bacon, sausages, and other delicious items. Although we stayed only one night, we had a truly enjoyable experience. Five stars from us for the hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and food. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!”

“Our Max is judt back from Julie's and I have to say he was so well looked after. They absolutely adored him and we weren't worried at all. Julie gave us loads of updates, Pictures and video of max her daughter and husband were fantastic with him. Would definitely recommend Julie and would send max to her as well... “We needed a late last minute place for the night and we came across this guest house. Zorain was very accommodating and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were both tidy and clean. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast but we were allowed to make our own toast and avocado. They provide coffee, teas and biscuits and they have a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave too. I'd definitely stay here again.”
