“We've been ordering here for some time now. We're Italian and so far this is the best delivery pizza we found. They have a more authentic choice of toppings compared to other mainstream companies. The price is very good (around £28 for 2 pizzas, drinks and dessert) and the pizzas are a very good size. Delivery time has never been a problem for us, even if you need to wait five extra minutes because of Covid rules is very well worth it once you try the pizza. We'll keep ordering our pizza here. I already recommended to other Italian friends I know.”

“Never been in but they always go out their way. I called cos the app wasnt working. Everything is the same price over the phone. The fish suppers are so good small is a big amount but even the large is still inexpensive and you get 2 Lving at the grassmarket I cannot complain the dirst time. Second time was fine app wasnt working did j get my food yes. I was missing the cheese and curry sauce on my supper but its fine it was still roasting hot and the cheapest place still in Edinburgh and paid at the door and I was their last order I probably lost a pound but a karge fish supper and chips cheese and curry for 15 wothput delivery I cant complain.”

“Last night, Friday 8th August 2025, I brought a bus load of gig goers, I was feeling pretty hungry,.so I found this place, I ordered the donner kebab, the young lad behind the counter was extremely polite, Aaron I think his name was, we got chatting after he noticed my Geordie accent. He asked if I had a kebab from Edinburgh, and I said no, Aaron said, I'll make you one , you'll never forget, boy was he right!!!!!! Everything was fresh, the chilli sauce was something I'd never seen or tasted before, and unless I'm back in Edinburgh, I don't think i will, it was absolutely beautiful, more like a liquid type sauce, but wow!!! “Treasure Cottage is one of the best Chinese Takeaways in West Edinburgh City. The food is super tasty, the portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, every order has been fantastic! I love that you have the option to have wet or dry food, some places don't offer that. The sweet and sour sauce is a bit too sweet and artificial, it would be nice to have a homemade one with white onions in it as it's very chemically. The Satay sauce could be a bit thicker too, just my opinion/suggestion. Apart from that we always have a great takeaway from here and we would highly recommend! Delivery times are usually around 60-90 minutes so best to order early but obviously it's changes depending on where you live etc.”

The only reason i cant give it a 5 star is because they didnt take cash(shocked to my core btw) and ice cream machine was broken but i suspose i was just unlucky i guess that day. “We tried Gilmerton Wok when both of our usual takeaways were closed, and we've never gone back to either of them! The food at Gilmerton Wok is the best Chinese food that we've tasted in ages. I particularly love their Singapore fried rice - just enough of a kick without going over the top. The people behind the counter are always friendly and chatty, and even in busy periods, it doesn't take ages to get your food. We've never tried delivery, as they are so close to us, but there is a constant stream of delivery drivers, so it must be a very popular choice.”
