“Just perfect! The breakfast left nothing to be desired, the room was very spacious, large bathroom with bathtub. The hosts Rae and Peter were very welcoming and accommodating. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and Edinburgh Castle is about 15 minutes, we would come back anytime.”

“Those of the B&B that is right next door left us in the street and in the middle of the night, with no other place to go, we found the Glenturret, where we were treated wonderfully. The room was ensuite and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning they gave us a very complete breakfast (juice, yogurt, cereals, coffee, toast). Apart from getting us out of trouble, they were very kind and the price was more than correct. We recommend it without hesitation.”

“We spent 3 days in Edinburgh and stayed at Aynetree. The host was super friendly and greeted us with a warm smile, explaining how to get to the city center and how to get back. The room was small but super cozy, warm, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with soap, shower gel, and shampoo. There's also a room where you can eat, read, or watch TV. Bus stops and a well-stocked supermarket are just a short walk away. I'd love to stay here again. xoxoxo”

Marc went out of his way to get me into the apartment earlier than check in time which was much appreciated. Apartment 19/13 is amazing and my favorite to date. Has everything you will ever need. “Reserve Apartments are very helpful and accommodating. We spent 9 days at McDonald Residence/2 Buchanan Court in Edinburgh. It's a beautifully decorated apartment with very comfortable bedrooms (3), large lounge and well equipped kitchen. Being on the 1st floor is handy! The shared balcony provides a lovely view into the lush green growth across the road. Ideal location below Calton Hill and a short walk to Royal Mile and to Old Town/Princes Street shops etc. Highly recommend Reserve Apartments and McDonald Residence.”

“It was such a great stay in tiny but extremely cosy Royal Mile Apartment! We had to collect the keys from different location but obviously it wasn't a surprise as it is well advertised. The office is just off the Royal Mile, within 5 min walking distance from our apartment. We were able to store our luggage due to late flight on check out day. Ladies at the reception very nice and helpful . Will definitely come back on any future occasions!”

“We were here for three nights. A very spacious, clean, quiet and well maintained property. Property management is carried out very well and communication is done brilliantly - this was a very pleasant experience from start to end. The location of the property is ideal as this is not a far walk from tram lines into the city. Absolute pleasure staying here and highly recommend!”

“A very luxurious apartment, fully equipped. The pans are a bit small by Dutch standards. Otherwise, it's fully equipped, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Ideal for day trips to Edinburgh by train (25 minutes). No parking problems. Free parking is available at the station in Livingstone (North). Return tickets outside peak hours are approximately £6-7.”

“This has become our ideal place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. We booked in Aug 2020 and again in Dec 2021. It is the perfect size for our family of three and in a great location for sightseeing, only a few minutes walk from the Castle! It has the most charming interior (and even better since a refurbishment during Spring/Summer 2021). The owners, Brian and Christine keep it in excellent order, it's very clean and well equipped and they are quick to respond to any questions. They even leave you a bowl of chocolate bars on arrival (greatly appreciated by my young son). We will certainly be booking again in the future.”
