“Excellent customer service today by staff and pharmacist. I was told 30 minutes to wait and a lovely lady got me a seat and I had my antibiotics in minutes. Never been treated so lovely as I was today and it was very much appreciated. Well done to both of them. I never got their names but the lady was talking about her family going cycling. “very good pharmacy. reasons, I Visit frequently and not once had an issue with any staff in Nuchem. Always very friendly. roughly 80% of the time I am in and out in a minute or 2. (if prescription handed in beforehand) That is how prepared they are, . from my experience 20 minutes is the longest wait usually.. The staff could not be more helpful, And the Pharmacist who is there most days is a naturally nice person who has excellent medical knowledge. She will help you any way possible, once she arranged e an emergency Docs appointment after me asking for her advice and her hearing my symptoms at 530pm,”

“Went to pick up my husband’s large prescription today which included continence products that are heavy to carry. I asked if it was possible if the continence products could be delivered as I have a shoulder injury at the moment and they said yes they could do that and they would deliver all future prescriptions. This came as much relief to me as I had been struggling to carry them in the past. The staff were great and very understanding. So a great big thank you to the team at Stenhouse Cross. “We are still not out of the woods but wanted to reassure anyone who has to take their beloved pet here as an emergency that these people will do everything they can. My cat Winston was feeling poorly and not eating too well. After taking him to my normal vet (Dundas Veterinary Group: never again) they told me his creatinine value was 1200 which is not good. 24 hours of fluids and no pain management, only trying to get him some gabapentin via food which he wasn’t eating and his condition was not improving and second blood panel showed 2300 creatinine. I didn’t want to give up especially since no imaging had been done so we received a priority referral to the small animal hospital and the treatment and bedside manner has been night and day. Winston was put on antibiotics, fluids and imaging was done among other things. These things take time and as of this morning his kidney values are back to normal ! Even if things do not end the way we want, I am so comforted by the fact that my cat is getting the absolute best care. Thank you to Joel and Esther and the team for taking such good care your patients and their owners.”

A handwritten card and a pkt if forget me knot seeds. I was not expecting all that. These vets are caring and professional and not just doing their job the genuinely care. “A delicatessen for dogs! What a wonderful range of food and treats. They really know their products and their customers. A very good range of leads and collars. A small but very comprehensive range of toys too. However it's their huge range of beds that surprised me. I really wish I'd known before we bought our dog his bed. Amazon can't really give you a decent idea of bed scale and certainly can't let you actually feel the beds! My only quibble? I always buy far more than I ever plan to!”
