βAlways a friendly and professional service. Our dog loves going to the vet. Anyone we've seen, from the reception staff to the vets are always caring and lovely.β
βFriendly staff and looked after our pup who was in for tumour removal. One thing I would say is to have more than one member of staff trained up to do insurance claim responses as there was a bit of a waitβ

βVery kind and patient, and actually listens to accomodation requests! We've had issues that have lead to us paying double in the past at other clinics, when they refuse to consider that the physical stress our cat experiences when left at the vet/around other cats might actually be problem, and not just us being overdramatic, but we had no such issues here. They were more than happy to try to make the lead-up to, and recovery after procedures as stress-free for her as possible, which is super appreciated. We were also informed of the healthy pet club, which greatly reduces the price of procedures, vaccine boosters, tests, etc. when paying a set monthly fee. As one of us has a zero-hour minimum wage job, learning about this, and joining, has really helped ease the monetary strain of our cat's age-related issues :) Attaching a couple photos of said cat recovering from anaesthesia, you can really see the singular brain cell bouncing about in her skull in these!β

βThis is a fantastic place to visit. It's a small animal park with a fly fishery, air rifle range, children's play area, large carpark (Β£2 to park) and cafe, sit in, or take away. The animals are all well fed, healthy looking with clean pens that allow plenty of space for the animals to move about and they have shelters for when the weather turns. We never saw any animal neglect, so we're not sure what the previous post is about. There are paths, astro turf and a road to walk along, so even in the rain, you won't need wellies. For Β£6 you get food to feed the animals. Each bag has a picture of the animal on it. There are drain pipes to pour the food down if you don't fancy getting animal slobbers on your hand. Lots of hand cleaners are available. There are three small ponds that are stocked with rainbows, browns, tigers and blues. Pay at the cafe, then drive through the animal park down to the fishery car park. The shooting is with air rifles at targets. These can be hired again pay at the cafe. There is a sit-in section of the cafe with seating and tables outside and also a huge poly tunnel if it's raining. We sat in as they had a very warm wood burning stove. We ordered two chicken burgers and chips with lattes. No complaints at all. The food was well cooked and tasted great, the lattes were hot. The owners have a band and have on-site gigs (small entry fee), which play a variety of music, see their Facebook page for details to when they play. This is held in the huge poly tunnel, so it is no hassle if it's raining. There is food availableto buy at these gigs and you are allowed to bring uour own drink. The owners and staff were so friendly and really enthusiastic about what they have created here, well worth a visit.β
βThe team at this practice are second to none. Any query or concern I have, I find them to be very thorough, helpful and reassuring. Today I had fright where my cat took a seizure for the first time. I phoned first thing and Vets4Pets saw him as a priority this morning. They went above and beyond. I believe he was seen by Dr Moroka who honestly I was blown away by. She heard all my concerns, was so patient, and explained things really well. I would say she also has the really unique ability to put a concerned owner at complete ease. As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldnβt manage without you!β
βI moved to this vet from the one closer to me as the services offered at this clinic are much better - thanks for looking after Berliozic, Megan and Marsik. My most recent appointment was with Dr. Georgiev looking at Berlioz after he had a fight with one of my cats, and Dr. Georgiev was quick, professional, gave me insightful advice and called my boy "a good boy"))β
βArrived to a really welcoming host Natalie, showed me into my room and made sure I was catered for. The room was warm and clean and exactly what anyone could ask for on arrival. Facilities were great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a help yourself service and had all youβd need to get your day going. Overall my experience here has been fantastic and a place I will certainly recommend to others. Only thing I may suggest is that the shower be improved slightly, but by no means was it bad, just lacks power.β
βI love Valley Vets. Not so happy now they've joined forces with a large conglomerate, but the staff are still as dedicated and welcoming.β
