“Delivery was a bit longer than expected but arrived within a week. Ive just recently bought a delonghi primadonna elite experience with a hot chocolate carafe and decided to try the Caffe Roma Vending Chocolate both white and chocolate, they both taste amazing however it was a disaster making them the milk and powder mix was squirting out of the vent it wouldn't thicken up but its probably due to user error or i purchased the wrong type of powder. I purchased a well known coffee shop blend and this mixed fantastic smooth and creamy but the taste from the Caffe Roma Vending Chocolate was much better tasting. If you supply a hot chocolate powder with more thickening agent that would work better in a hot chocolate carafe please let me know. Thanks”

“A sterling service from start to finish. The girls were so friendly and helpful and so much to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for them as we had to paint and carpet our room before we could take delivery of our fab Emma Bed. Day of delivery again the service was excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending Discounted Beds and Furniture to anyone as I have done since. Well done again and thank you so much as our room is just lovely now.”

“I have been coming here for years and could not recommend enough! The coffee is the best coffee I have had outside of Italy, absolutely delicious and super creamy. Food is made from super high quality ingredients and cooked perfectly, I particularly love their breakfasts and their Italian sausages! The cakes are phenomenal, homemade cakes include Albanian and Greek cakes I have never had anywhere else. Cherry on top of the cake is the friendly and attentive service from the married couple who own and run this lovely cafe, it feels like popping round to a family member's home for breakfast from their friendly service. Thanks ❤️”

    Godshot studio

    ★★★★★ 4.8

“I am genuinely in love with Godshot. After my first visit, it quickly entered my coffee shop rotation (along with Amulet, Zennor, and Kahawa Mzuri) and I have been back a number of times. The place is immaculate and serves a ever-rotating selection of speciality coffee and drinks. I am constantly impressed by the wide range of espressos from various roasters, it feels quite cliche to say, but there really is a flavour profile that would suit everyone. The staff are absolutely fantastic and are, of course, polite and friendly, but really show they understand great service in how helpful they are, and actually do try and connect with customers on a human level rather than being nice for the sake of it. They are efficent when the place is busy, but still make time for each customer, and allow themselves to connect more when its a bit quieter, which really shows they are comfertable in what they do. Godshot is much more than just coffee however, as they also offer homeware, beauty and fragerence products, and macrons. It totally fits the space and the ethos of the shop, and is just refreshing from the point of view of giving you something to browse while you wait for your coffee rather than staring aimlessly at your phone, even if it means you need to use all of your will power to stop you from buying the Malin + Goetz cannabis parfume that you constantly convince yourself that you need. This review is already far too long and I have just scratched the surface of why Godshot is one of my favorite spots in the southside. If you havent been, go. Take the plunge. You will find a new favorite spot if you do.”

“Spacious and welcoming cafe. A great addition to Mount Florida's eateries. Just opened, so simple menu, but great flavours and good prices. I had a cup of their home made roast tomato and carmalised onion soup with a plant based cheese soughdough toastie, which contained three different types of vegan cheese. I am not really a great cheese hand but this toastie has me hooked! The soup was delicious. Nice view too, looking over the trees in the island next to Cathcart Road.”

“If you need a nice spot near the University or Airport, this is a great spot for you. The atmosphere, staff, seating, and accessibility was the perfect all-around vibe for a Sunday morning, preflight meal and coffee. I ordered the Nutella Mocha, which was a perfect blend of coffee and Nutella. The sweetness was not too overpowering. I also ordered the Breakfast Burrito, which was a great blend of spices and meats. I can’t recommend this place enough! A must-visit in the Glasgow area, for sure.”

“Discovered this place by accident. The doorway is small and you need to step right in to a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are extremely helpful and the decor is fantastic. We visited once and then went back later in the afternoon as it was so cool. We had the Ibrik coffee which is a small cup unfiltered strong coffee. Both times the place was very busy. The food being served all around us looked great and we will try next time. Said to my son and he said he goes all the time with his pals! Cannot recommend enough. We have found our new fave coffeehouse!”

“This is a great wee greengrocer and whole food shop. If you visit don't forget to have a look in the back room where pulses, spices, etc can be found. They really are a "green"grocer as you can find yesterday's bread on sale at discount. Some may say a bit pricey but the foodstuffs are first class and I don't mind paying a wee bit extra for quality. Five stars from me.”

“Found this lovely cafe on Google as needed somewhere that served early breakfast rolls as had early hospital appointment nearby. Sit in area does not open until 9am but this was not a problem as we took our bacon rolls and drinks and ate in car. Nearest carpark is at Morrisons supermarket which is 3 mins walk. The 2 ladies serving were very nice and served us quickly. 2 bacon rolls, 1 with an added potato scone, 1 tea, 1 coffee cost just over £10. Cash only. We will definitely be returning for lunch!”

“I came here for the first time today, and really enjoyed it. my food was £6 for two eggs, two slices of wheat toast, and butter. I also got an iced americano so I think I paid around £11 (or $14 USD). my food was hot and really tasty. my drink came in a cute little glass. I think the espresso is a touch robust for my taste, but I’ll just get a latte next time. I came here to study and had a great experience. it’s a cozy atmosphere with large armchairs, big tables, a bar facing the street, and french doors that they propped open. I came around 1pm and had no problem finding a table. they have free wifi as well. I will for sure be back.”

“Fabulous location in Blantyre for a delicious meal. We had the full breakfast and the wagu sausages were the best I’ve ever eaten! Every other meal we saw being delivered to tables were mouth watering. The baguettes were huge and the baked potatoes were laden with fillings. The cafe is cosy and welcoming with a friendly atmosphere throughout. Service was quick and accommodating on options. There are good gluten free menu options if you need them and the cafe is wheelchair accessible from the good sized car park. There is additional outdoor seating for the summer and some covered and wind proofed seating with heaters if you would prefer that option to the cosy indoors. The front shop is definitely worth a browse. I bought some delicious caramel apple curd and macaroons. I’ll be going back again very soon as I think this will quickly become my new favourite!”

“Fantastic - for a long time this has been my favourite brunch in Glasgow. My go-to is the harissa hummus toast which is so generously portioned with two poached eggs and loads of halloumi. Every time I visit there are exciting specials - like this lemon ricotta, pea, leek and courgette toast with pesto. This cafe is so reasonably priced, the portions are huge (especially the pancakes) and everything is so fresh and tasty. There are also a huge range of options for veggies and meat eaters. Be willing to wait an hour or more on weekends! But you can leave your number and wait for a text when your table is ready :)”
