“I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.”

“Contrary to the (mostly) negative reviews here, I placed my order on February 25th with an estimated delivery of March 12th. I had confirmation of my delivery the next day (from the manufacturer) quoting delivery on March 2nd. The desk has just been delivered as promised and in perfect condition. I won't be putting it up yet as I'm moving home. Seems of very good quality and a great price. I only ordered one item so this may explain the quick turnaround with it being in stock.”

“We have had 3 big renovation jobs in the past year and are thrilled with them all. Photos show: Main Bathroom September 24 (teal tiles) Internal doors/fanlight replacements June 24. Ensuite Shower room (white tiles) October 23 Thank you to Andy&Lee at ELS for help planning&sourcing products. The Aqualla fixtures and Lakes showers screens they supplied are fantastic. You can’t find this quality & style in online shops. Neil and the Install Scotland team are incredibly hardworking & technically skilled. They are all very friendly as well! Felt we were in safe hands. Any snags dealt with quickly. Everything done properly no cut corners. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they followed my drawings to the millimetre. They gave lots of helpful suggestions drawing on their knowledge. We are very happy customers. They’ve been a big part of transforming our house which has needed fully renovated since we moved in 2 years ago. We will be in touch again for the next project! Thanks again to you all.”

“Just had two sofas and a chair delivered by Gem Upholstery and I was delighted at the superb workmanship. Joe has managed to change a twenty year old, black suite into sofas that are going to give me a life full of joy for many more years to come. I chose magenta and green and I have no idea how to submit a picture so you can see how beautiful they look. Joe is a lovely man, he arrived when he said he would and delivery was about five weeks. Definitely recommend.”

“I love my new doors. I had two old overpainted doors that covered the pantry and boiler cupboards, they looked awful when my kitchen was remodelled. I had those doors removed by the kitchen fitters and MDC finished the job, the new doors match my units and the job was done in a few hours. Would highly recommend. Thank you MDC.”

“Cornicing looks great, we got a new design, some repaired and some matched to existing cornicing. We had a tight window for getting cornicing in and the team managed to work with our builders to make it work, they were very helpful when I couldn’t decide what we wanted and easy to contact. Travel to Dunblane was no problem. Highly recommend”

“I had looked at various companies with regards to getting my bedroom upgraded and eventually stumbled across Gallery Design. I visited their showroom in Hillington and was immediately impressed with the quality finish on all their bespoke displays. Afraid that their prices would be excessive, I spoke to the staff who informed me that the Company offer a no obligation house visit, planning and quotation. Taking them up on the offer, John visited my home and advised on what could and couldn't be done. He was very helpful and honest and explained that once he'd done a plan and gave a quotation that we wouldn't hear from him again unless we wanted to go ahead. No sales gimmicks and no pressure sales tactics. We were delighted with both the plans and price quoted and went ahead. Now that the bedroom is finished it is beyond my wildest dream. The attention to detail show by the team of Liam and Darren is exceptional. Bespoke as promised with quality products used throughout. I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat and wouldn't consider getting anyone else out if I was fitting another bedroom. It would be impossible for them to live up to the standard set by Gallery Design.”

“Had our new kitchen / utility installed by Wrighton in October. Got to say from the initial discussions on layout and content Greg and the team have excelled in every aspect of the project. This was a fair sized kitchen and I admit to being unsure as to whether, rip out, plastering, electrical, joiner work and installation could be done in 5 working days. Amazingly by Friday pm we had a fully functioning kitchen and all dunnage removed from the site.
