Went in for a bracelet repair and was advised that no repairs are being sent away now until after Christmas, however after i explained that i need to wear the bracelet at Christmas, (sentimental reasons) my lovely advisor made a few enquiries and managed to replace my bracelet on the spot. “Great and knowledgeable staff, good products in a varied price range supporting both the novice camper as well as the more experienced ones. What great service did this store offer me. I was in the unlucky position to have lost my luggage when flying into glasgow, while I was planning on hiking and camping in the Highlands for a few days. One of the staff, Dan the G, helped me out and took the time (1.5 hours) to find all the gear I needed, even offering me a more than decent discount at the end of it all. I definitely recommend going here!”

“Actually Harvey's pool very popular ideal . I wld like to see any faults repaired & to be kept open . As we cdn't even get into a pool last wk( Porto )with my autistic grandson who loves the calming effect of the water & he loves Harvey's pool . All other pools were full a bit of a disgrace actually. Couldn't even get through on telephone to Gallion Kilmarnock & were advertising open until 4 o'clock. Caused mayhem for kids when we were refused entry . Disgraceful. Has any work even started at Harvey's . Makes me question why I'm paying council tax . Think I,LL need a breakdown itemised bill as public path & stairs around my house don't even get cleaned . Disgraceful. So how long is it going to take for Harvey's or is that another place being closed down ?”

“Great visit and l got some lovely and great priced clothes for an 8 year old girl. The till girl was held back by someone who wanted to pay using the phone at the till point. After a few minutes there were seven people waiting to be served. We git to the til and another person arrived to serve at another till. This helped to speed things up. I felt sorry for the young girl who had,to guide someone on what to do with a phone purchase they were making. She did so well but it took time.”

“Took my friend along to Claire’s for her birthday treat (we’re older ladies) to get our ears pierced on Saturday and we were lucky enough to get a very lovely young lady called Lauryn. She was fantastic from start to finish, very gentle, knowledgeable and definitely the right person for the job. We chatted throughout and had a lovely experience, we talked through aftercare too. “I have been a few times and have always enjoyed the food. On Monday 29th September myself along with another 3 family members arrived at around 5.30pm without pre booking. It became busy with small to large groups. They appeared to be short staffed but I have to say to the 2 male staff members that attended to everyone where excellent. Really professional and very friendly. They were rushed off their feet and didn’t stop for a second but that didn’t affect their professionalism and service to every table.”
