“It was easy to find with lots of parking and plenty of green spaces to walk the dog before going in. The reception staff were very kind and helpful and the waiting area is bright airy and very spacious, there are wee individual pods to sit in so nervous/excitable pets have space. I think cats had their own room. The vet/Dr we saw was very kind and thorough and we were kept informed of our dogs progress throughout. Nobody wants to visit the hospital with their pet but if we had to go again it would be reassuring to know it was the UoGSAH we were returning to.”

“Had our very 1st appointment this evening with my elderly husky and saw vet Hannah. What an absolute sweetheart of a lady she is! She made us feel completely at ease and explained things well. She actually paid an interest in my dog and spoke to her to put her at ease also whereas our previous vet never spoke to my dog once during consultation. So thank you Hannah for being so kind, approachable and compassionate.”

“I've been dealing with Gary at Cathkin over the last few weeks. Gary has been great with my Border Collie Murran, sadly she passed away today. His manner as a vet and a human being was fantastic, he was calm when I felt the pressure of making a very difficult decision and ultimately supported me in it's conclusion. Gary thank you!”

“Absolutely fantastic! This truly the best veterinary surgery! I take all my dogs and rabbits here and they always get the best care. All the staff are really lovely, helpful and extremely caring. If I have a pet going in for surgery I always leave them there knowing they will get the best care. I don’t know what I would do without them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Outstanding Care at Broadleys Veterinary Hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional staff and specialists at Broadleys Veterinary Hospital. When our pup Broxi suffered a broken leg, our local vet referred us to Broadleys due to the complexity of the fracture. Within just 24 hours of arriving at Broadleys, Broxi had undergone treatment and was back home with us, well on the road to recovery. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the team was truly outstanding. It’s as if our wee Broxi had never had an accident at all. We are incredibly grateful for the prompt and expert treatment he received. Thank you, Broadleys, for giving us our happy, healthy pup back.”

“Very kind and patient, and actually listens to accomodation requests! We've had issues that have lead to us paying double in the past at other clinics, when they refuse to consider that the physical stress our cat experiences when left at the vet/around other cats might actually be problem, and not just us being overdramatic, but we had no such issues here. They were more than happy to try to make the lead-up to, and recovery after procedures as stress-free for her as possible, which is super appreciated. We were also informed of the healthy pet club, which greatly reduces the price of procedures, vaccine boosters, tests, etc. when paying a set monthly fee. As one of us has a zero-hour minimum wage job, learning about this, and joining, has really helped ease the monetary strain of our cat's age-related issues :) Attaching a couple photos of said cat recovering from anaesthesia, you can really see the singular brain cell bouncing about in her skull in these!”

“I would recommend, the staff have been really supportive and lovely during every single visit. I was very emotional during some of these visits and Doranne Ashley was very compassionate, she didn’t rush me and made me feel very comfortable. I saw some reviews stating this vet are money orientated, I would categorically disagree with that, this has not been my experience at all.”

“The service I received from this practice was excellent. Despite not being registered at this practice my dog was seen within 30 mins of phoning for an appointment as he had eaten discarded raw onion. I was given a choice of options and costs. The staff could not have been more helpful and understanding, and I believe they saved my dogs life. I will never use any other vets practice”

“I cannot thank the team at MBM Veterinary Group enough for the compassion and respect they showed us during one of the hardest moments - saying goodbye to our beloved cat. Although we hadn’t been to the clinic before, the care we received felt truly personal and heartfelt. The staff gently walked us through the entire process, gave us all the time we needed, and never rushed us. Their patience and understanding meant the world. I was overwhelmed by how respectful and peaceful everything was handled. They also provided some lovely memorabilia, which we deeply appreciate and will treasure. In such a painful moment, their kindness made a real difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“Been using this practice for years and have always had good service, though our dog's (and previously cats) have generally been quite healthy so we haven't had much experience of anything very complicated. However our luck ran out recently and one dog developed a serious issue which was dealt with sympathetically and very professionally by both vets involved. Thanks to them he appears to be making a full recovery, for which we are very grateful.”
