“My partner and I saw a review online from What's on Hull and decided to give slice and social (the pizza franchise inside Brewdog) and see what the hype is about. Well we got the chip spice and tipsy tomato 16" pizzas and we were not disappointed at all! The tipsy tomato was amazing, great balance of all the ingredients with crunches in all the right places. My partner said the chip spice pizza was brilliant, in the top 5 pizzas he's had; no overpowering saltiness, no dryness considering the chicken is dry marinated and overall left us both feeling very satisfied after a 2.5hr walk in the countryside! Can't wait to come back with friends and have some more great pizza whilst playing on the retro consoles!”

“The review is only for Swimming academy! My daughter joined swimming classes with Lucy Chrost when she was three, and she now moved level up as she turned 4. We absolutely love every lesson with Lucy! She always finds energy to deal with kids with a smile, makes lessons fun, interactive, inclusive. I was amazed witnessing her, there was one day when she was In the middle of explaining the next exercise to the kids and one of the students was messing about and put arm bands on his feet. She stopped almost mid sentence and immediately turned over to the kid and explained why it is unsafe to do that. Because it was a safety thing. I was amazed! Very grateful and happy to be part for team splosh!”

“I wanted to buy my first small amp for my first electric uke and after looking at their comprehensive website I had a question, so sent a chat message and immediately got a very friendly voice calling me belonging to a man named Shaun. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!”

“Had my newborn shoot today with Adele, honestly the best day from start to finish, myself and my partner were so relaxed and comfortable from the minute we walked in. She was so professional and delicate with our baby girl all the way through- spending every second making sure our baby was happy, calm, comfy and safe. She even got us cake for my birthday an extra touch which was so lovely of her! Could not of gone with a better person to capture those special moments of or daughter! “My family and I have been going to Figaro since it opened and even when it was La Scala back in the day. You really cannot fault the staff or food they are fantastic. There are some foods I have never tasted better anywhere else, their steaks, prawns, tomato garlic breads and since last night, their tiramisu. Their pornstar martinis and liquor coffees are also top tier!! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! Booking in again in a few days time for my Birthday, because they’re just too good! :)”

“Can't recommend this cafe enough. Emma and her team are amazing. Lots of activities for all children ages throughout the week. My toddler loves it. The cafe also has a great selection of food and drinks. Love the coffee. Definitely worth a visit.”
