“Fantastic hotel, lady on reception couldn't do enough to help us, breakfast was good as well, only disappointed with evening meal, microwave food and not warm or very nice, definitely stay again just would go out for evening meal.”

She organised everything from the measuring, ordering and the fitting of the bathroom. Mark the fitter worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner as promised. “We use the Leeds East hotel regularly but our visit this weekend was a really great experience. Young man on reception was very welcoming and professional. A special mention to the lady who put some treats in my daughters room as she heard it was my granddaughters 2nd birthday. What a lovely touch. And finally the lady in the breakfast room who was so lovely with my young granddaughters giving them a chocolate biscuit and a balloon each. This service was really welcomed so thankyou all and apologies I didn’t get names of the people who really made a difference.”

“Good premier inn. Staff are great. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Shame parking is now chargeable, even for disabled customers. Bathroom a bit sweaty sock smelling. The TV reception needs looking at as the BBC channels were not available when I arrived. Used auto tuning option and found them, but the were breaking up and pixilated.”

“Rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, hotel was quiet and the staff were really approachable and friendly and the breakfast was good. The main reason for feedback is because we didn’t realise (as we were travelling to a different destination and hadn’t unpacked) we had left a teddy our son had had since birth until they rang and asked if we had left something. We offered to collect it on our way back in a few days but they offered to post it out to us, we feel this was going above and beyond as we didn’t expect to even be notified of leaving something. Our son was so happy and we’re so grateful. Thank you!”

“I stayed here for my first ever trip overseas, and this is my first time booking into a hotel. Amazing experience. At this hotel. Originally got there at 9 am and I thought I could check in early. Because my flight came in at 8. And I thought I could check in early. The reception said i can’t check in yet it’s too early but she held my suitcase and kept it safe for me when I went outside and explored Leeds city centre. I came back when I was closer to my time the chicken. I got my suitcase and checked into my room. .It’s a good hotel room nice and spacious. It’s exactly like an apartment you have everything you need like a microwave washing machine dishwasher stuffed top pots and pans etc. and they even give you dishwashing liquid. I know really beautiful of you. the bed was like the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I also did enjoy the croissants and coffee in the morning in the reception. Those very nice not to have to buy breakfast every morning,. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying at this hotel. So I recommend coming here. You are very close to the city centre like a 17 minute walk if you don’t want to walk you can also take the bus that’s only a minute walk from the hotel. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel if I come back to Leeds.”

“I contacted Yorkation at the VERY last minute after being seriously let down by another hotel in York. I asked after I booked if I could arrive within the hour and the guy I spoke to on the phone from Yorkation said that the William Morris suite was ready to go. So that was a massive saviour. The suite was clean, tidy, spacious and modern and you could not ask for a better location this is RIGHT on The Shambles and you'll hear the ghost walks and see some interesting sights from the lounge window. My only comment would be the sofa bed could have been a bit comfier.”

“A little basic, room was okay for a night but wouldn't want to do an extended stay. No tea or coffee in the room was a bit surprising, but maybe I missed that in my research. Clean, comfy, warm and friendly. Would stay again if it was just night or two. Breakfast was basic toast, cereal, croissant etc. Again nothing special but did the job”

“Was hoping to leave a restaurant review but it seems to have defaulted to the accommodation (which we didn't use!) The food was freshly made and highly enjoyable. Not a fancy restaurant, but like going to a friends house who enjoys cooking!”

“Brilliant accomodation in central Leeds. Well appointed rooms. Lifts were out of order, but no offer for any help with the bags on arrival or departure. Fire alarm went off in middle of night ( very loud!).Apparently , this happens a lot as it's the fire door attached to the bar which is shared and it opened by mistake , setting off very loud alarms. Rooms have a small but useful selection of breakfast snacks , which were very handy with jet lag. Room was lovely and warm and welcoming for a late 11pm Friday night arrival. Was greatly appreciated. Would definitely staff here again over a hotel. Their online customer services/bookings was excellent.”
