“Evening staff at receotion was really a top bloke. Really helped alot and had a chat for about 20 minutes. Quite remote for halal food but nothing uber eats or deliveroo can't fix but extortionate prices. Room was okay, cleanliness could have been better and a bit of a maze to get to the room. The room i asked for was on the ground floor and at furthest away from the road noise. Reception made the stay memorable and hence why the 5 stars. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at your stores annually, I believe that the app should accurately reflect my membership status and allow me to maintain my membership for as long as I continue to meet the required criteria.
