“Hi, my friend and i have just been to the spa there and also had afternoon tea, it was brilliant, excellent value,, the pool,sauna jacuzzi was really nice , had plenty of time to enjoy it all, then came the afternoon tea, both of us did not drink tea, so we got a cafetiere of coffee each, lovely, we could not fault the sandwiches and cakes , more than enough, Paul and Lauren could not do enough for us, so a very big thank you for everything, we will be back . “Came here to improve my swimming, with Swimnow, who are excellent. Joined the gym to add Rowing to my swimming, and it’s a fabulous place. Really look forward to going here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Gym is terrific, rowing machines, the best I’ve used, pool is perfect for improving swimming/ drills. A totally feel good experience. Would recommend this to anyone.”

“I could not recommend this gym highly enough. I’ve been a member now for nearly a year and initially signed up with some trepidation. As someone who is relatively unfit and plus size joining a new gym can be daunting. I’m very grateful to say I’ve once been pressured into signing up for PT (which has been an uncomfortable occurrence in past gyms) nor once been made to feel uncomfortable or out of place by either the staff or fellow facility users. The gym, changing rooms, pool and showers are spotlessly clean and well maintained and organised. There’s always a friendly face or someone willing to help or answer any questions. I’ve recently started attending some of the classes which I’ve not been brave enough to do in other gyms: water aerobics, Pilates and today my first kettle bells class. Each class allows for a beginner friendly option and the instructors have been so supportive and encouraging. I’ve felt confident and comfortable from the off with every activity I’ve engaged in here. Thanks all, you’re all doing a wonderful job!”
