Even when visiting on a weekday the place is buzzing with atmosphere, which speaks volumes about just how loved it is in the community. It is no wonder that Mama Mia’s has been open for over 30 years, the consistency and dedication really shine through every single time. I really like that there is a lovely little area at the front where you can sit down, enjoy a drink or just relax while your table is being prepared, it makes the whole dining experience feel even more special. The décor inside is beautiful and instantly transports you to Italy, giving you that authentic feel that pairs perfectly with the food. I have been many times over the years and I can honestly say it never disappoints. The atmosphere, the staff, the food and the overall experience are always spot on. “An unexpected stop for breakfast this morning turned out to be a lovely little find! The décor inside is really nice, and the staff gave us such a warm welcome. We sat upstairs and ordered a full English breakfast and a full vegetarian breakfast — both were freshly cooked and delicious. Service was quick and friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. I’d definitely recommend this charming spot!”

“We had the pleasure of dining at Blue Smoke recently, and we’ll definitely be back soon. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Tommy, a friendly young man who showed us to our table. After a brief moment, he offered us drinks and then service was taken over by Lucas. We ordered a selection of pizzas and a chicken parmo, and we were blown away by the quality of the food. The ham and pineapple pizza was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time—huge credit to the chef for that! Throughout the evening, we were mainly served by Lucas and Ryan, who were both incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. It was clear they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We also had our one-year-old with us, and the waiting staff were so kind, making an effort to chat with him and acknowledge his little waves. It’s always nice when the team takes the time to engage with little ones! The atmosphere at Blue Smoke was perfect—not too busy, which made for a relaxing dining experience. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food, and overall, it was an excellent value. We highly recommend Blue Smoke to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service. “Ordered for work there was over 25 different orders, We asked for the food to be ready at 2130. The food was pipping hot and fresh the order was on point with everything there. All members of staff made positive comments on how nice fresh and hot the food was. massive credit to the staff and especially Mel who made sure it was ready on time fresh and kept on checking that it was all correct and ready to go. “I'm not normally one for reviews.....I travel up an down the country and I always look for a good value meal deal to get for my tea and I was staying close to these guys tonight and there food is banging....I have had a lot of takeaway pizzas and theirs is up there ....it's not a stone baked or a traditional wood fired. It's your classic takeaway pizza but the base is good, tastes good, light and crispy with loads of toppings and cheese! No scrimping and cheap as chips for what your getting. The garlic bread was oozing with garlic butter and cheese. The chips where crispy almost like they are double cooked..not soggy or anemic like post takeaway chips....I would go here every week if I lived close by. Anyone considering should give them a go. Meal deal 4 :) an the guys where really nice, contrary to what I saw other reviews say....it's just a takeaway shop at the end of the day.....it's not a restraunt...it's a counter and food prep area, they are working in there all shift and all mucking in. Am sure there are times when they are on there phones or distracted...it's not like it's one person stood in front of a customer at the till on his phone....all the best guys and keep up those tasty scrans....FYI I had to drive back to hotel so had cooled by time I got there.”

“We ordered a week ago on the website but food never arrived, reason was due to the business being shut unexpectedly and the website still being active. As soon as I raised this with the owner he did everything he could to help get our money back regardless of what else he was dealing with which had caused the store to shut to begin with. when he was unable to, he sent the food out which we had paid for and kept in constant contact to let us know what was going on. An absolute class act who put their customers first, the kebabs we ordered were lovely and they have the best side salad around. Will definitely order from here again”
