Popping in for a casual browse, I was immediately impressed by the store's inviting atmosphere and the stunning selection of high-quality items on display. From the exquisite Le Vian collections to the elegant designs by Vera Wang, Tudor watches, and sparkling Swarovski pieces, the variety was truly remarkable. Not to mention the luxurious offerings from Gucci, Olivia Burton, Emporio Armani, Tissot, and Rado, along with many other leading brands. Initially, I was in two minds about making a purchase, as the range of beautiful items left me spoilt for choice. However, my indecision was quickly resolved thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by a lady named Jo. Her knowledge of the products, combined with her friendly and persuasive manner, helped me feel confident that the gift I was considering was the perfect choice for my wife. Jo's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident, making the shopping experience both enjoyable and reassuring. The store itself was very well presented and impeccably clean, which further enhanced my shopping experience. It's clear that this Ernest Jones location is a true asset to the brand, maintaining high standards in both product offerings and customer service. I left the store with a beautiful gift, confident that my wife would love it, and I will certainly return to Ernest Jones at the White Rose Shopping Centre for future purchases.”

“I was looking for a delicate bracelet to compliment my dress for my sons wedding. Rowan, who served me, was so helpful. She asked whether I had a photo of my outfit and what I had in mind. I was looking for inspiration and she delivered! Choosing four bracelets that were absolutely stunning and within budget I really struggled to choose just one! Therefore, I bought three, two for me and one as a gift for my future daughter-in-law (see photo). She modelled the bracelets for me and patiently looked at which two bracelets commented each other. She was so helpful and I found the whole experience really enjoyable. Also bought some diamond stud earings. A free tote bag finished my purchases. Well done to this store. They know what customer service looks like”

“Note this is now a "Brown and Gold" branch. My friend wrecked a masonic ring of sentimental value. We only went in the shop while on a weekend break to York and are very glad we did. The staff (and the owner!) were very good and organised the estimate, then the repair and then sending the ring to us at the other end of the country. We are very happy with the craftsmanship. If every company and organisation could match these standards, life would be a dream!”
