“This is a wonderful place to visit. Wool, patterns and accessories in abundance. It is a family run business and they are always at hand for advice or a chat. Many bags of yarn available at very reasonable prices, discontinued colours of styles of yarn as well as the newest yarns on the market. I can really recommend this as a go to place for yarn. Also upstairs they sell outdoor clothing at good prices and good brands. Raincoats, Boots, Hats etc ., Brilliant all rounder !!!!”

I'm a huge crystal collector and they have a very vast array of stones. They also have an upstairs shop that has books and tarot, plus a little café. Although it's not so close to me the people there are always very friendly and know their stuff. No-one more so than Troy. I was there again today and was helped by both Lewis and Troy and they are a great act with great affability but we generally go to see Troy as he is so knowledgeable, will always give honest, fair and easy to understand advice. I value his opinion greatly and has never steered me wrong. My kids love him as he is "funny". I very rarely write reviews as I never know how well they are perceived. “What a little gem! I didn't know this place existed until I was googling things to do. I took my 2 children aged 9 & 2 and they both had the most amazing day, as did I. The tropical house has so much to see and is far bigger than I ever expected. The only negative I have to mention is a lot of the glass in the tanks is quite dirty so it can be hard to see the fish but I imagine this isn't an easy job to clean. This aside, we loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The price is brilliant and even better if you have a max card, 1 adult goes free and under 3's are free too! We ate in the cafe and food was freshly prepared and tasty, price wise I don't think it was too bad for what you got. Lots of space to eat and you can enjoy your own food in the outside picnic area! We will definitely visit again.”

“I was looking for a delicate bracelet to compliment my dress for my sons wedding. Rowan, who served me, was so helpful. She asked whether I had a photo of my outfit and what I had in mind. I was looking for inspiration and she delivered! Choosing four bracelets that were absolutely stunning and within budget I really struggled to choose just one! Therefore, I bought three, two for me and one as a gift for my future daughter-in-law (see photo). She modelled the bracelets for me and patiently looked at which two bracelets commented each other.
