Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend. Within half an hour Ateeb arrived, the whole pharmacy team went above and beyond to get my much needed medication to me. I would like to say a big thank you to you all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I asked a staff member at Lepton about get the milk for her and was told as soon as they got the prescription they could order it to arrive in store. They have been absolutely brilliant in doing so. I've just rung at 5pm and they answered straight away, confirmed that my prescription was there and advised me what time to come pick up my medication. I've never had a problem picking up prescriptions from here. They're sometimes extremely busy but are always professional and never rude or hasty. I'm moving away from the area soon and already dreading having to go to another pharmacy as this one is so convenient and never had any issues with them!”

Don’t get me wrong at times there can be a wait but this is usually because the Lloyds chemist has messed up or haven’t done there job so people end up having to change to well chemist! An Jane the small lady with the short hair an nose stud, is exactly what a customer service person should be like, helpful kind goes out of her way to help you, even when at times she gets abuse which is disgusting, she can’t make prescriptions appear! Both me an my husband use this chemist weekly an the care, compassion an help we have received is fantastic! So as well as this review I’d like to say thank you ❤️”

“My partner and I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and am here regularly, we have always had great service from them. They had a refit recently and the staff were thrown into a building-site nightmare, but they couldn’t close while it was being done because they are contracted by the nhs to stay open no matter what! I couldn’t imagine trying to work in the conditions these poor guys had to and yet they managed it with Grace while being shouted at daily by customers who couldn’t understand they were doing the best they could with what they had. Caroline the pharmacist is lovely; very efficient and polite, Annettee and the other ladies I deal with regularly are all great and always go out of their way to ensure I have a smooth visit. They are compassionate and helpful, never miserable and I have no problem recommending this pharmacy. To the other people leaving bad reviews for the last couple of months: I appreciate it can be frustrating when a pharmacy doesn’t have your medication in or you have to wait but these guys are still people and are doing their best. Don’t forget; they are the main pharmacy for the walk-in and the doctors, not just some little independent and they are still trying to pick up the pieces after what was (in my opinion) an appalling refit-so blame the contractors! Keep your chin up ladies - I appreciate you!”
