“When I saw there was a Costa coffee in belle vale I couldn’t have been more excited, to be rammed. I instantly called mum to tell her. I said “Mum I can’t believe it, we never knew a Costa was here” and she said “what a waste of oxygen that was.” I couldn’t believe that Anthony Costa wasn’t working here, despite that the experience was as enjoyable as a blue concert True salt of the earth people here, would recommend my Granny”

“Coffee is lovely and staff was very friendly But it was a bit dirty the area where they were preparing the coffees and also area close to the toilets - also one lady alone working very hard should have more staff preparing coffees It’s under staffing that shop”

“Great stop on a long road between Southport and Liverpool. Sufficient off road parking spaces, friendly staff that acknowledge you as you approach the counter which isn't always the case in some coffee Shops. Quick service and clean toilets. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly customers who smile or greet each other as we do in Liverpool!”

“I had the Ramen with pork belly. Simply yummy, but if you can't eat spicy food, let them know. It's a very big portion, perhaps a little too much for small eaters.Also ordered the bao bun but yet to try it, so can't comment yet.”

“Called in for a coffee whilst out shopping. Staff were lovely, friendly and excellent customer service. Cafe is small and cosy and drinks are good quality, as always from Cafe Nero. Cakes looked delicious, but too full from lunch to try one. Will leave room next time”

“Situated in the heart of the city Cafe Nero is a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy your hot/cold drink. I had an almond crossiant and a large tea, and it was fab.And of course, there's plenty of other cakes,sandwiches, and other goodies to eat. There's seating inside as well as outside, The young lady who served me was very kind and very welcoming.”

“Massive Tesco with everything you could need! They have the usual grocery section as well as a clothing section, barbers, cafe, opticians and mobile phone shop if my memory serves. Nothing to really complain about, it is just a massive Tesco. Loads of parking so you shouldn't ever have an issue there.”

“Had some great bacon on toast and black pudding on toast from here, the pies are absolutely amazing. Go for the large one's remember how proper meat and potatoes pies used to be ? Absolutely gorgeous, great staff always happy and pleasant.”

“I’ve recently been to the pool - I’ve had the best encounter with one of the lifeguards, Charlotte I believe her name was. She was so kind, knowledgable and extremely funny. It was a shame that I encountered a different lifeguard few days later, I hope all staff are trained in a similar manner and people like Charlotte are recognised for their excellent manners and intellect.”

“My favourite venue. I meet there with my friends two to three times a week. The staff are lovely and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The only two complaints I have is the outside door doesn't close properly and on occasion they run out of brown bread.”

“Have been over to this Costa a few times. I like that it’s clean and there is a lot of space. Also seating outdoors or if you want to walk along the river. Good to also have the drive through option. I have run into times we’re they’re out of things (mostly food) and it’s just the start of that day. Overall, I prefer this Costa to some of the others.”

“Lovely afternoon tea with the family on a beautiful spring day. The afternoon tea selection was excellent - everything very fresh and beautifully presented. We then spent time in the wonderful grounds with so much space for the grandkids to run around and lots of different activity installations to keep them entertained”

“Me and my partner took the kids it was excellent the staff were really friendly and great with our kids it was fast service and great food my partner had a salt&pepper chicken wrap and me and the kids had a breakfast it was high quality food would definitely recommend once we had ate we took the kids to park they were made up”
