“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience with Mann Island Finance, especially thanks to Sam Grey who made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and I felt fully supported throughout. The dealer even commented on how smooth and straightforward the deal was from their side and said they look forward to working with Mann Island again in the future because of it. Couldn’t be happier – highly recommended!”
“I've used Address properties for a few years now and they are by far the best letting agent I have come across. They are open and honest with their fees and their maintenance charges are always reasonable, which cannot be said for a lot of the other independent and high street estate agency chains who feel the need to sneak in additional charges wherever possible. The team do a great job and their advice is always in the best interests of the landlord and tenant. I was concerned due to their growth, the service may dip, but I'm pleased to say I haven't experienced this. A real pleasure to work with the team and Address.”
“Excellent service an comunication, from each member of the team ive communicated with, in person an over the phone.”

“I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished his name is Warren. Thank you Warren if needed full name and address can be provided”
“Always well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. Always a decent number of manned tills on. Easy access car park with plenty of disabled bays and a petrol station too. As one of the bigger Asda stores, the variety of products is great and there's a pharmacy, bakery, deli counter and rotisserie, good size george department and never a massive queue at the checkouts. The only thing to watch out for is the date codes on products. Most are short date so if you're not on the ball, you'll end up binning stuff. Watch out for wet shelves in the bakery section. They sometimes pack things too hot so the shelf life is affected by that as well. E. G - bought fresh rolls on the 17th and didn't notice they were dated 17th. Pack was wet and shelf was wet when we picked them up so when we came to use on the 19th, they were already mouldy. Not good practice.”
“As I am not up to date with tech I find it quite difficult using new kiosks however the crew here are lovely especially Siobhan as she came over and helped me navigate the kiosk system and put through my order with no hesitation. Lovely team members as well. Would recommend for a good service and food.”

“I had a great experience with Jacob Spencer - calm, understanding and professional. He went through different quotes in detail trying to get the best deal for me. They are available in the evenings as well which is great. I have not insured with them yet as unfortunately tied in with my previous insurer, but will consider in the future as I appreciate the service I received so far.”
“We received a very professional and efficient service from Daniels Silverman from start to finish. Kimberley in particular was very helpful and kept us updated regularly. We are more than happy to recommend them and will use again in the future.”
“Recently paid off a debt I’d taken over payments for, for my mother. Really good customer service, very understanding and helpful at all times. I would happily deal with Churchill again.”
“I would like to thank Nicolle for her fantastic help in getting me started with my new credit card, Nicolle was calm, patient and a delight to deal with. I was getting myself very confused and she resolved matters it such a lovely way.”
“I've recently started consulting and had been apprehensive about starting a limited company without any prior experience or knowledge in the area. The advisory team at Brookson were really helpful, explained every step of the process and helped me to gain a clear understanding of the information and details I need to provide and why. So far it's been very stress-free and any initial worries I had have been allayed.”
“Did a review for Granite, will do one with Acorn as both companies were involved in sorting out my late payment. Review is copied from Granite as below (Granite sort out the finance agreement, Acorn Credit Control seem to handle the actual money side- I think they're the same parent company): Can't fault Granite or Acorn. Had a really bad long term illness that signed me off work for several months, no company sick pay. Asked Granite to pay my insurance a bit later, they were really supportive, checked the dates were affordable and genuinely tried to help manipulate the payment dates so I could stagger the money out since it's obviously impossible to make one payment late and not end up in a situation where I have to double dip twice in a month. They changed my follow-up payment date then transferred me to Credit Control (which I now know - is Acorn's number) - gave me more than the extension asked for, I have a really well paying job but it's also an expensive job (lots of driving where I'm paid back miles at the end of the month in the construction industry as a Manager) and I was just struggling with those upfront petrol costs. I called them up, paid them back on time after my first salary came in and I thanked them and the Acorn team for all their help. "Thank you your team were really helpful on this". Don't ignore your bills, make the call. I've never had a situation where a company won't work with me to get me back on track. Yes you will be on hold for ages for credit control, I gave up after 15 minutes and pressed the button where they call you back later when it's your turn and this was another 20mins later; but offering this as well is a bonus. Worth mentioning my Dad was with Acorn before I was (I moved from Doddle after my insurance renewal skyrocketed) and he was also always treated well... given let's just say he wasn't their ideal client in terms of accidents and totting up points lol. Speaking of points, I got 6 of them in one go for doing something dumb (82 in a 40) and they didn't take the piss with my insurance increase. In fact I'm paying around the same I was before the points (however that basically nullified any reduction from what was my 7th year of NCB)”
“Very fast at sorting out my claim, Staff are friendly and helpful with all my questions. Mechanic Stuart was a massive help and amazing bloke to speak to.”
