“Just had a refit Nov 25 done a nice job. And it's warm unlike a lot of places now. Good choice of food at affordable price point. Good selection of beers just not a good choice of real ale.”

“One of the better Weatherspoon’s we’ve been in. Lovely and friendly staff and super atmosphere. Good also good. Just after finishing our dinner the pub suddenly turned into ‘Disco Spoon’s’, and the place was packed with students dancing the night away with fancy dress customs. Brilliant night.”

“I love this place, it's one of my favourite restaurants. I usually come here with my son who's 16, as he loves eating here. We've been on a Monday a few times during half term when it's half price. Great value, friendly staff. Can't fault it. I hope it reopens when restaurants are allowed to open again, as we'd love to have another meal here.”

The apple pie is bigger than you think......definitely having another visit next week.....the belly pork is a must, highly recommend”

“Booked a table in the ‘casual’ dining area, for a family catch-up. Warm welcome, great location of table and a relaxed atmosphere. Servers were helpful and attentive, accommodating individual requests to vary a dish without any issues. Food was served quickly (at a very busy time of year), well presented and absolutely delicious. Wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.”

“Had a great visit here. Food was really nice, served hot, tasted great and was good value for money. Nice drinks selection and not overly priced like a lot of places. The service made our visit though. Charlotte our waitress was fantastic. She was happy, smiley, polite and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She even came back after we had our meals to ensure everything was OK. The restaurant was busy and she was running round all over the place ( a great employee, just what a busy pub needs). Look forward to our next visit.”

“A lovely experience dining here. From walking in to the restaurant we were greeted by a pleasant lady who showed us your table. Our server was Bernie who gave us time to look at the menu. Bernie went above and beyond answering our queries and checking if we were ok. Chefs were Chris and Freddie and our food was excellent. We had the lamb kofta flatbread which was very good. We will definitely visit this restaurant again. Excellent customer service.”

“Staff very friendly hadn't booked but we were seated straight away. We're given Menus and drinks orders were taken. When food was ordered we were asked re allergies. Food was excellent my Husband had steak and said it was the best he had eaten in a long time. Haven't been to the Morris Dancers for a while but will definitely be back soon”

“Visited here on a Sunday afternoon. We where looking for something spacious with the current pandemic and we weren't disappointed. It was relatively quiet surprisingly, and very spacious. My mum uses an electric wheelchair which was easily accommodated. You have to use the side door as there is a step accessing a lovely beer garden. This wasn't a problem for us as she can walk short distances and we where close to the door so she could still go outside to smoke once we had been seated. We where sat by the pass so got to inspect much of the food as it was being taken out, everything looked amazing. The staff where welcoming and service was quick, we had our drinks within minutes of arriving and food didn't seem to take too long either. We both opted for burgers, although once we saw the Sunday roasts agreed to try them next time. I had a chicken burger and honestly one of the nicest I've had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My mum enjoyed her hamburger aswell, clearly all fresh ingredients. Definitely our new pub lunch place.”

“Cracking afternoon in the new and improved Georgia browns. No trouble getting on the pool table. Good tunes playing and the added bonus of having a small beer Fest on. Fri and sat nights are a bit too busy for me on here but I think I'll be coming again in the afternoon.”

“Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. There were quite a few of us let down by another venue ( not their fault) but we were quickly accommodated. All staff were lovely and so nice , we were all made to feel welcome. We ordered food and drink via app and from the bar which was really prompt, hot and delicious. Portions were excellent and so was the quality. We will definately be regulars now!”

“Went here Christmas eve, place is amazing inside, great architecture and kept all original features with a modern twist, gorgeous food and the best cocktails. Shut early as it was Xmas eve, but can imagine it being a buzz at a normal weekend.”

“Went in for dinner after wet day at the zoo. Pub was nice and warm when walked in and straight away the smell of the food in carvery smelt fantastic. Bar staff were welcoming young lady that served me I think was called Lindsey. We all ordered a soft drink and carvery each( 3 adults 2 children) chefs working on carvery one was Kenny didn't catch the other lads name but both were very pleasant. Young lady called Ellie brought are deserts who was also very attentive and smilie.”

“Been a couple of years since we were passing ,and it's clean welcoming and our food was really good and reasonable price 2 adults and a senior meal ( mother in law) plus drinks 40 quid ,mash was super fluffy and nice thick gravy ,misses loved the pie ,mush and tarragon, the gentle that delivered the food was friendly and really professional, loved it, defo pop back would definitely recommend plus free parking and loads of space inside the place to sit and relax”
