“I am 75,and last night I was going to the sefton pub then onto the Palace for an Indian meal,,my mate dave, allan and john,,was picking me up in the windle carpark,dave and Allan I have known since I was 15,john I have known for 3 years,,,,before he picked me up,,I knocked on the windle's pub door,manager came to the window I asked him could I leave my car on the carpark while I went for a meal with my friends,,he said no problem whatsoever,I thanked him top guy,,,meal was good too,,we all had a good time,,kevin kerr”

“Been to this on many occasions and it never dissapoints. They have a piano so live music is sometimes performed :). Very romantic, fantastic food and cocktails are great. They encourage staff to invent their own cocktails as well and are a great restaurant locally! I would thoroughly recommend and definitely gives Bebington a great name They can cater to all needs such as vegetarian, vegan, coaliac and lactose intolerance”

“Stopped by for a meal and a few drinks, and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was really well priced — but what really stood out was the service. Levi was absolutely brilliant: friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely made us feel looked after from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. “Old local friend! A perfect mixture of a Bar, a Restaurant,and a Coffee Shop - with a leafy terrace. Food is delicious, always cooked fresh, sourced locally whenever possible, by a proper Chef! Staff is trained, professionally trained is what I mean, with an ever present friendly touch. Menu is reasonably priced. I can’t comment on the wines myself, but I’m assured by my (well over 18!!) daughters that the cocktails are expertly made by the men / women behind the Bar… And the biscuits accompanying your coffee are home made….None of the cellophane wrapped skinny oval shaped “industrial skinny biscuits “!!! Busy at weekend, dogs are welcome, I recommend it to everyone! Never regretted any visit, quick coffee or proper food with friends…”

“Fabulous food, I requested a particular dish not on the menu, and the chef made it beautifully. The only mistake made was a drink ordered as a dessert arrived with the meal. Unfortunately, it was not offered to be removed and a fresh one given at the appropriate time. The atmosphere and ambience were relaxed and friendly.”

Sadly we called in on a Wednesday evening which coincided with Bert's Bingo which was good fun with people running all round the pub but it was too loud...too early and not good when people are still dining...but I will say if I wasn't dining I would have probably enjoyed it....maybe next time Bert's Bingo may be a drinks night and dining will be on another day as the food was lovely.”
