“Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . I can't thank N A Menswear of lakeside enough for your personal assistance in purchasing this suit and I will highly recommended that they come to you first. Thank you again.”

“Wife and I just went in to just browse very close to the shop's closing time. The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!”

“Great place to purchase coats and sports wear the only thing which can improve is catering for sizes for bigger women it's a shame I couldn't get a coat as the sizes aren't large enough I really liked there coats but sizes were small only if they done sizes like 20, 22, 24 and 26 I would of definitely purchased”

“This is definitely the place to shop for families especially if you like to entertain and great for businesses too. There is a large variety of food, beverages, confectionery, alcohol and some electrical goods as well. The majority of the goods sold here are sold in large quantities or bulk. Costco has a very busy small/medium cafe with a limited menu. There is a very large car park, which is free to park, and just at the end of the car park is a handy petrol pump. Everything that I have seen is wheelchair friendly.”

Note that for refunds or exchanges you have to go to a GAP Outlet store only and not the usual GAP store.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“You can’t go wrong with IKEA! Also really great to just arrive there and have a ridiculously cheap breakfast before you walk around. I think it’s an absolutely wonderful idea and I hope they keep doing it for a long time. The place wasn’t too busy, even though it was a Sunday, and the checkouts were fast. It’s always an easy place to get around, and you always seem to find exactly what you want to fill in those little spots in the house.”

“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“People that have already been to this store, know how friendly and helpful the staff there are. The owner is very well known around Essex for how much he helps his customers and I can see why. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and easy going. I got my fish tn installed at my home with filter and all for very cheap! Thank you guys!”

“Very positive experience at Babyeze. Donna and her colleagues were more than happy to help, show and explain things to us, and we ended up purchasing a car seat and travel set. When collecting the items, Donna demonstrated how everything worked and answered all of our questions. All staff were very friendly and personable even when the shop was a little busy. “We were served by Scott today and he was very friendly and helpful. My mum managed to get her curtains and cushions from the Thurrock store and we loved having a good look round all the departments. We also had a pot of tea in the cafe which was lovely. There’s so much to browse in store that we need a tea break! Dunelm is one of our favourite shops and we always head there first for beautiful quality housewares.”

While unfortunately unable to find the particular size jacket (in this and 3 other stores), the assistance provided by Natasha to try and help was above and beyond. A credit to your store, she was very helpful and professional.”
