βThe vet and receptionist are very pleasant and they were happy to change an appointment for me without fuss. The vet was very considerate and kind when it turned out we had to put our dog to sleep. As well as the excellent service I felt the charges were reasonable too. Other plus points were that the vet speaks English perfectly but is also a Polish speaker. Parking outside is also really convenient. Overall highly recommended.β
βWent to Goddards in Loughton with our little fur baby Bruce. We had to have him put to sleep and Walter and Abbie were amazing. They were very kind and caring and we never felt rushed. We were told to take as long as we needed and to go home pay the next day. Completely opposite experience to the one we had at Pets At Home last year. Would recommend Walter as he has always acted professionally and always puts the pet and owners first. Five Stars.β
βWonderful service. Gave our dog a thorough check over after a really traumatic time with another Vets practice. Thank you Medivet.β
βAlways a warm and friendly welcome, everything is explained very well by the receptionist and the vet. There is an old world feel here where you know they care about the animals and not the money. Excellent!β
βGreat experience with our cat. Very fire dry and welcoming, they know how to make Arthur feel welcome! We've Interacted with Catherine the most at reception and she's a delight, everyone else has also been lovely too! They explain things clearly as well so you know what is happening. The first time we visited it was to get Arthur chipped, there was an issue with the machine (things happen) but instead of just fobbing us off and making us come back another day, as they could have: one of the team went down to the selsdon branch to pick up the necessary wire - whilst yes we had a little wait it was way better than having to go home and get our kitten into his carrier another day!β
βVery friendly and helpful staff. If u have a unwell pet,I highly recommend them for the care and attention that your pet needs.β
βI have been using them for a new of years now and vet Alison and the front of house team are brilliant. I have recommended a number of friends to use them who have also all been very happy with the service.β
βSaw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though itβs not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!β
βWe have always received expert treatment for our dogβs health, and our dog has always been given love and affection on the occasions she has spent in the vets careβ
βHad my two guinea pigs neutered here. The vet was knowledgeable about guinea pigs (using the abdominal rather than scrotal method) and everyone was lovely.β
βGreat small practice, their main practice surgery is over in footscray but this is more local to me for checkups and boosters and first point of call if there are any problems with my dogs. Staff are very good, receptionists are always very chatty and polite. It's not a cheap place but show me a vet practice that is that can match the care this practice has given my dogs over the years.β
βLucy is an absolute superstar, super friendly and really approachable vets. My partner couldnβt be happier with the service. Very lucky to have such an amazing team and greats Vets so local. Thank you all. 100% worth 5 stars!β
βA lovely practise with very caring staff. All the vets are great and all the nurses are great. Particular shout out to Jocelyn who is such a kind and caring voice to hear on the phone when you're going through a bit of a stressful time with a sick pet. She just genuinely cares and is a good egg.β
βSarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!β
βHighly recommend. I'm so happy to have found this place. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable and caring.β
βI was referred to Medivet Kensington when my current 22 year old cat Frankie when was in heart failure. Not only did they save Frankie that day β he remains thriving under Vet Tom Roberts care. Tom is an outstanding Vet, combining expertise with genuine care for your pet. Frankie's medications are easily managed, minimising stress from frequent reviews for his fragile heart. The focus on his overall well-being significantly enhances his care. Tom goes above and beyond which is much appreciated by both Frankie and myself. Recently my 4-year-old dog had orthopeadic surgery for a luxating patella and was under the care of the amazing Surgeon Vishaal Corpaul (VK). Six months post-op, sheβs back to bouncing around like a puppy. The surgery was a huge success and the whole experience was stress-free thanks to an excellent Surgeon, consistent post-op care, and dedicated Vet support during recovery. I cannot thank Dr VK enough. There remains consistency in the staff, rather than a frequent rotation of temporary Vets. I regularly see the same Vet, and they are familiar with my pets, which helps foster good relationships, with both us humans and animals β which is a huge bonus. Thanks also to the wonderful Vet Nurses here and friendly helpful Receptionists. As a Vet customer who has been involved in animal rescue for many years and been to numerous Vet Practices all over London - I wanted to review this exceptional practice to reassure pet owners seeking quality care. Really excited to see the newly refurbished practice soon with dedicated seperate areas for the cats.β

βYour veterinary team was an absolute lifeline for our girl. The compassion and dedication they exhibited when she was diagnosed with Evan syndrome were beyond commendable. Every member, going above and beyond their powers, worked tirelessly to save and stabilize her. Moving out of London, your clinic is the only thing we truly miss. Thank you for being the best caregivers for our furry family member(Luna)β
βWe recently had to put our 19 year old staffy down we would like to thank all the staff at west Byfleet who made a very difficult time for us as comfortable as possible from the vet to the front desk extremely professional,it was hard letting are dog go after such a long time and they made it as easy as possible thank you allβ
βOutstanding care received today for our beagle Rosie from Ella. She was absolutely brilliant with her and listened to all our concerns and worked through them methodically. She handled Rosie with kindness and compassion but also knew when it was time to get the job done. Thank you Ella for your expertise and for also making the experience warm and heartfelt. We are truly grateful.β
βwe've been to many vets in the past and Barton is by far the best. pedro and the nurses take lots of time and care of my 16yr old doggo to make sure she feels safe and never treats her as an object in a factory line. we will never go anywhere else - thank you!β
βEveryone is very welcoming. I have always managed to get a same day appointment if my dog is very unwell and I am really worried. Visiting the practice is a pleasure and my dog is rushing to get through the door when we go in to collect her worming and flea treatment tablets. At the consultation everything is clearly explained. I have recently recommended a friend to the practice and they have now joined.β
βThe staff at Medi vet I really nice and friendly and they look after my Luna who is a Jack Russell cross Chihuahua very well and they also look after my cat Buffy and my African grey parrot Cassieβ
βI cannot thank the team enough for looking after my elderly and reactive rescue dog. We normally see Ianthi who is the head vet. She is an excellent vet who treats our rather difficult (and enormous) dog with patience and kindess. She has even managed to get him to walk voluntarily onto the weighing scales and even walk into a treatment room. Also, we purchase a copy of our prescriptions and buy the medication online - and itβs always allows us to use it twice which saves us paying for a new prescription every time Furthermore, when our elderly cat was diagnosed with cancer we requested an animal oncologist, and they issued our referral on the same day, they also reviewed him every Saturday until it was time to say goodbye.β
βAspen vet us great. Lovely staff. They have been looking after Woofer pretty much hus whole life!β
βMy cat was neutered here and it went smoothly. My cat was also vaccinated as a kitten and we come yearly to do his annual vaccination. I was able to get an appointment for my cat very quickly.β
β1 - Good local vet, commited staff 2 - If you have a cat they may ask you to wait in a separate area away from the dogs 3 - Ability to keep pets overnight, integrated with most instance schemesβ
βYesterday I popped into thamesmead practice for advise and I must say how helpful and professional the lady was. I purchased what I thought was a 8 week old jack Russell I didn't believe it was that old.The receptionist booked me a app for today so a vet could check him over I went to my app it was on time not like the PDSA .The vet checked my Boris over and confirmed he was only 6 weeks but then he advised me to book his injections for -3 weeks time .When I left I was told because it was a puppy check my visit was free today very impressed is a under statement thanks againβ
βThank you ESVC team for looking after our Gandalf over the weekend. Vet Lilia was absolutely amazing, kept us updated during his stay (detailed phone calls), the care, advise (and opinion), follow up call to explain test results and treatment action plan going forward even though ESVC isn't our registered vet. Thank you for your care and kindness Lilia.β
βI had an appointment with Aurora and she was amazing, I was a bit worried for my kitten who had been feeling unwell. She took care of him and reassure me that he was perfect and that it was pretty common. Also all of the reception team is amazing. I had a post check up for one of my kitten but the other one was feeling unwell. They managed to check them on the same day.β
