He also made suggestions which shown the experience and knowledge of product and service. Being a trading business owner myself, it shows that staff are trained and knowledgeable. Till operator Waleed again was highly skilled with excellent customer service. He also helped an elderly gentleman who was on wheel chair afterwards. Very happy with the experience at Sainsburys.”

I went in store after this to buy wipes to get the road dirt off myself and discovered then that my phone had fallen out of my pocket with the force of the fall. The staff were so kind (and always have been over the years). They phoned my mobile for me (which the said builder had put in his pocket) and also the Manager came out to check the road with me. Much appreciated and nice to know there are still kind people out there.”
