Ayesha was brilliant in advising the best shoes that matched what I was looking for and provided me with the various sizes. What made her brilliant was that she knew the products and was patient whilst I tried on the shoes. No rushing and very polite and professional!”

“Was greeted by Charlotte while browsing the Tudor collection. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was a bother and I never felt rushed at all. Was offered refreshments throughout and we chatted loads about the Tudor range. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about the brand. Adam joined us to help with the part exchange and I think we were all equally happy with the final deal. Luckily I also purchased a couple of weeks before the Tudor price increase which meant the deal was even sweeter. I will definitely recommend Emson Haig, Charlotte and Adam if you are looking to purchase a Tudor in the SE of England and Essex area. Another member of the other staff, can’t think of the ladies name, was very friendly and chatty as well. The whole experience was a pleasure. I came back later in the day to collect the watch and Charlotte made the handover. Everything was explained very professionally but in an easy to understand manner. I am now the owner of a wonderful Tudor Black Bay Burgundy and will be revisiting them in the future for any purchases I’m looking to make. “I really like meat balls and mashed potatoes here. Delicious and cheap. Deserts are good. But less meal selections. Good place to have lunch during the ikea shopping. Heavily crowded, but you will find a place to sit as there is enough space.”
