I explained how I suffer with swollen feet and ankles and am unable to wear the many pairs of hotter shoes and boots I own. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond in helping me. She was empathic, caring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This member of staff is an absolute credit to Hotters, the service and trouble she took was exemplary. She sold me 1 pair of boots and I also ordered another pair in black. My feet aren't cold, I'm comfortable and I had a very touching experience with an absolutely amazing member of staff. Over a few short weeks it was wonderful to see how much my newborn enjoyed the different techniques and how his body changed during the course. He always had a good poo and a good night’s sleep afterwards! The shop is well divided and is easy to access to all the areas. Direction signs are visible and easy to follow. Staff is very helpful, shame that sometimes are under staff, as far as I have noticed. She then returned to find out if we could locate the reference number. Once found, she went back to check the stock and managed to find the hat I was after. I feel this level of service is exceptional as after the first time going to check, most would give bad news and give up, however, I really felt that Suzanna wanted to find this hat for me, so I left the store feeling compelled to write this review :)”
