“Highly recommended friendly local pharmacy I've recently switched my regular prescription to this local pharmacy rather than using the local Boots - and I wish I'd done it years ago. I've had good advice on non-prescription treatments. Owners, pharmacists and staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as far as I've seen and the service is efficient. Of course it's not the cheapest for everything, but the experience, as a patient and a customer, is so much better than the local Boots (which is particularly rubbish and poorly-stocked).”

“I have been using the Weight loss clinic since Feb , I did feel that I could get it slightly cheaper online , however little nervous to begin and wanted to speak to someone face to face . Despite me still being able to get it cheaper , I remained with Day Lesis , mainly because the access to a professional who understands and knows what they’re talking about . I found out exactly how my injection works , why I had the side effects I did and how to combat them , it put so many of my anxieties to rest and everytime I went in, the lady who did my appointment always made the time to speak to me . I hit a plataue and quite honestly , didn’t think much would work, but the lady in my appointment knew exactly what to do and it just made me feel so supported ! I’ve lost 2/3rds of what I aimed for and I don’t think I would have been able to stick to it for this long if it wasn’t for the type of service I received . Thanks again.”

“We had forgotten our meds at home in California, and a local friend in the UK suggested making an appt. here to get new prescriptions. Saved our trip! It was very easy to book online, and the Dr was efficient and pleasant, as was reception. No problem getting the scripts filled at a local Boots either. The location was very difficult to find as it has a very small door sign, and Google maps was useless. Just give yourself time to spare to find it!”

“Visited a few weeks ago, shelves were empty, staff not happy, no manager for a while. Went in today and they look like they have a new manager who is really trying to turn the store around. More products on the shelves, happier staff. Only complaint is it's quite dark in there, brighter lights will really help to make the store more welcoming”

Good staffing goes unnoticed sometimes, and no doubt unappreciated. A competent staff is one thing, but here, the staff are exceedingly patient and accommodating, and there is huge peace of mind in that.”
