The Lady behind the counter told me about it and scanned through two of the packets so I could just go and pick one up and leave without having g to go back to checkout, which I thought was very nice of her. I have visited on several occasions and, unfortunately, I have sometimes experienced less-than-friendly interactions from some of the staff. That said, I feel it is important to recognize and appreciate Mrs. Vicky at the reception. She has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. I have never seen her stressed, impolite, or in a bad mood. Her positive attitude truly stands out and makes a big difference.”
