“I came to Davy with some strange autoimmune and chronic fatigue syndrome problem caused by travel vaccines. Originally I was reacting to drinking water. This was at the start of August 2017, now in start of Nov 2017 I am so much better and much more like my original old self before I became ill. He gave careful guidance on diet and how to solve everyday problems. Also gave me herbs which control the problem well and his acupuncture was very effective.”

Been using day lewis for 3 months now and every time my medication is on time and correct, workers actually have a smile and are happy to help ( unlike lloyds ) and they have an app where you can re order your prescription so no more phone calls needed! “I've seen some bad reviews for Mim pharmacy and really don't understand why! I was with Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury's for many years until they closed, but on occasion when my son and I had problems accessing prescribed medication Mim Pharmacy came through for us. When Lloyds closed down we switched to Mim pharmacy and haven't looked back. Their customer service is amazing with a very personal approach. We have a rubbish G.P service and I have a fight every month for essential repeat prescriptions which is truly stressful (St.Edwards Medical Centre). Mims Pharmacy are always so supportive and I can always rely on them to chase up my much needed medications to take away the pressures and stress. All staff here provide a warm welcome.”

“I have been using the pharmacy for a number of years for my repeat prescription. It is always ready with 24 hours of the GP sending it across. My father has now started using this pharmacy after his previous one would often take ages to get his medication ready which caused a lot of stress. He is amazed at how quick and efficient they are. I use the dispensing point to collect our medications which means I can collect at a time suitable for me. We also get our flu jabs here. It’s a walk in service and never have waited longer than 5 minutes. Staff are helpful and friendly.”

They booked me a 24 hour blood pressure monitor test immediately. The results were still slightly high. I cannot thank all the staff highly enough.
