“I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina,tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. Thank You so much and more if i cant remember all the names but thank you all for you guys who make this travelling enjoyable. You all have made this the best hotel in east london. Nasir mirza”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“We had my sons 18th party here, have to say was the best night, couldn't fault the staff, customer service was 100% and the management staff, Saiorse and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything went well, notting was to much trouble and I can't thank them enough for making it a special time for my son. “Just stayed here for 4 days while on a course. Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Be nice if they did food as I'm sure they will eventually, but there are plenty places to eat nearby. Price for hotel was excellent and hotel far exceeded my expectations. Will happily stay again if in area again”

“My first time in London and the experience was Excellent and Amazing. The beds and the washrooms were very clean. There is also a morning brrakfast. The staff were very helpful. Ask for Harun, he will guide you on alot of questions you may have. The hotel is literally less than a minute walk to the Seven Kings train station on the Elizabeth line that comes directly to and from Heathrow airport. Easy transportation towards Central London and other places you may need to visit via the tube. Many restaurants and cafes are available nearby, you have plenty of options to choose from. If you are in London and need a safe place to sleep and take a shower, this is the hotel for you.”
