“We have stayed with gem hotels before but not the Langham. We chose the Langham because it is super close to Oxford Street. It looks quite small outside but it's like a tardis! It was super clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was a bit on the small side BUT realistically how long do you spend in your room when in London? We were very happy with our stay and will be back again.”

“I've never written a review before but after the experience I've just had it's the least I could do. I visited Bar + Block in Sutton and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jessie, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. Jessie anticipated our needs effortlessly and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She knew the menu inside out and gave spot on recommendations. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely personable, she really elevated the entire dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Jessie again.”

“We were recommended by a friend and we can have Ghanian food. We visited before and this time was much better experience. We visited on Friday night and place was packed. Food was excellent ! Ordered tilapia & Banku. Tilapia was huge and fresh. I had the best chicken Suya ever had. Foods was delicious. Drinks was good. Friendly atmosphere. It is good that starts pay by card which is easier as customers. We are lucky to find here in Woolich. Highly recommended.”

“Spacious, contemporary and comfortable inside the restaurant and large, spacious outdoor area so you can dine alfresco with comfortable rattan seating outdoors or modern bench-style seating and chairs inside. Ordered the full veggie breakfast which did not disappoint. It was value for money as it included two eggs sunny side up, mushrooms, tomato, two hash browns, toast with butter, baked beans served in a small bowl and two large sausages which had a delicious seasoned mash potato texture. Tea or filtered coffee is also included in this breakfast option. The service was quick and excellent, staff were very friendly and happy to help with any query we had. We'll definitely be returning. Hope they add pancakes to their menu as my wife kept on tucking into my breakfast which I could have happily eaten myself!”

“I had brackfast here as a non resident of the PremierInn, the venue is nice, you have brackfast upstairs in an old building, the food is cooked to order- which is really unusual for a Beefeater! Special thanks to host James for getting us all settled and waiting for the last person to arrive. Big thank you to Dina & Ronny (sorry if I’ve spelt this wrong). Both servers were fabulous and couldn’t do any more for us!! The serve was quick and both servers were totally on it and in control. Given we were a big group could have easily been chaotic but not with these two!!! Well Done!!!! The kitchen did amazing to get all the food out at the same time and no one complained about food being cold or not tasting fresh. Once again well done to all involved and those I’ve not mentioned. Hopefully we will be back again soon!”

Roxanna was so professional and lovely to deal with and the staff made sure all food was refreshed and that our guests had the best time. I Could not say more good things about this place, the food and the helpful staff. I would deffo recommend this place, especially if you are looking to host a private event. We had the whole of downstairs with the dance floor and they also were able to arrange for a DJ which helped to create a great vibe. We went for the veg set menu, food is very good.”
