“If you are looking for a great, safe and secure hotel to stay in, then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel is the ONE to book for!! I myself have stayed in Newham Hotel for around or more than 12 nights, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. If I was financially stable, I would have happily stayed for a much longer term. My room was in great condition, service from cleaners are also good and they also provide breakfast in the mornings which is a bonus compared to many other hotels that do not. Receptionist - I have two of the best people, Pradeep and mainly Jaskirat (hope I for the names spelt correctly). They are always there when it comes to the guest needs, general conversations in showing careness, assisting or providing further service if needed, if and when possible. They both are excellent at their job role. But to me, Jaskirat is a excellent worker, not just as a receptionist, but also doing his absolute best in managing the hotel with professionalism. Keeping a high standard & a great reputation for the Hotel, as well as maintaining his work professionalism towards the guests in keeping them happy/satisfied in any positive assistance he provides. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotelseriously hope I get to visit this Hotel again soon. And when I do, I hope to see you BOTH! Thanks for the great service!!”

Only downside was the metal frames of the beds were a little shaky which made it hard not to disturb other guests when getting to my bunk. Aside from. “Honestly, I don't understand what some of the reviews are saying that I read before last night. Arrived at 11pm and had no problem with the bouncers, they scanned my id and walked straight in. A truly fantastic night, brilliant vibe and atmosphere. People there friendly and easy to talk to. Always good music and can choose from many different rooms for different music genres. Main room was absolutely buzzing all night, non stop dancing and partying. Only negative for the night is drinks can be quite expensive when buying a big bottle, other than that an amazing night.”

“Came here even with seeing the reviews as it is the only place to eat if your staying in the cabins. I got chicken tenders and some mozzarella sticks, and they were absolutely delicious. Rest of the family enjoyed the food and left stuffed. The entertainment could have been on for longer since it had ended at 7:00, the bits we had done were quite good, a kahoot and higher or lower. If you win the kahoot they give you a fast pass as a prize what I thought was awesome. Staff were lovely and were wonderful with questions. Overall lovely little food place.”

“We managed to get hold of the only table inside on a busy Sunday afternoon. The table has 10 or 12 chairs and you can share it with other customers. The place also has a few tables outside. Service was polite and pleasant. We tried some interesting bottled drinks and ordered over 100 pieces of sushi, Poke bowl, and Katsu chicken noodle dish for a group of 6. All arrived fresh and surprisingly fast. We all enjoyed our meal. The premises were clean. Would recommend for both eat-in and takeaway. Shame that even though it was 100% sure we were eating in (we have already gotten seats before ordering), all food was served in takeaway packaging, such unnecessary waste.”
