“I shop there when I'm passing through twice a week and it never ever disappoints, it has everything I need and ask for and more, the staff are absolutely wonderful and Always greet with a smile and a friendly chat and nothing is too much for them, great little Tesco Express.”

“Irfan, big thank you for keeping my purse today! I had amazing experience in this shop today. I left my purse at self service counter after payment this morning. I didn’t realise that until 4:00pm this afternoon, there is cash, 5 bank cards, my driving license in the purse. I was horrified, I dashed back to Tesco, find the lovely staff Irfan, he checked my ID and magically take my purse out from the drawer. It was him who found my purse this morning and kept it for me!!! I can’t thank him enough for his honesty, I would like to buy a small gift to say thank you, however he refused and calmly said it was his job! What an amazing boy!”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“Ok, I'll give it a review. It's outstanding....Free parking, coffee shop, toilets, very very helpful staff, more tills than you can point a stick at and 2 assistants on self checkout.....I guess some of you want a kiddies play area ! Only downside is the customers. Can't quite put my finger on it, but ignorant springs to mind. Maybe it's because I'm Scots, but we grew up with manners.... Goes a long way being nice, try it sometime. Maybe if the aisles were a wee bit wider, you could get round with that chip on your shoulder. Have a great day now !”

“Pick up prescription for my husband. One of the staff asked me would I like to check my blood pressure. After check, reading was not very good and she said will send my reading to my gp, hopefully will get appt from them. She also gave me a copy incase i didnt hear anything from GP. Surprising LESS than a day, I really got text message appointment from my GP. Many thanks to Tesco chemist that really did good job. If not, not sure how much time I need to spend to get an appt from GP.”

“Clean with a large variety of products. The place itself is huge compared to other supermarkets and offers its customers a vast selection. From fresh bakery products to household items, canned products, fizzy drinks, and even pets products. Always you can see on the isle a memeber of staff to help you with and enquiry you might have or just rearrange the products of shelves. Outside, they have two Tesco cash mashines grom where you can withdraw money.”

“Had an excellent experience this morning at Tesco Osterley. Asked a member of staff on the shop floor - who looked really busy - about a particular toilet roll that wasn't out. He very politely replied he'd check after he'd finished what he was doing. I didn't expect him to come and find me while I continued shopping but he did - so grateful for his help especially when he was so busy!! Then at the checkout had another lovely member of staff. Tesco, I hope you are aware of what fabulous staff you have! Thank you”

“I visited yesterday early afternoon and had a bit of a medical crisis and I passed out and hit my head in the first isle on the fridge… initially a fellow costumer heard it and screamed for security as I was still out. I came through quite quick which at that point the lady had already had an elderly man come over as well in which they both asked me if I needed anything and I said anything with High sugar like a coke in which the older gentleman went and got for me. Staff from the store and Asian man (sorry didn’t catch his name) came over and checked on me multiple times in which after like the fourth time he asked me if I would like to go to there office and sit on one of the chairs as I was still on the floor. They looked after me well and didn’t make the situation awkward at all. Even after I felt better and went to continue my shopping a lady that works there even offered to hold my basket for me in which I politely declined cause they had already done enough. I wish I knew how to contact Tesco head office to inform them of the amazing service and way this team treated me yesterday. Sorry I didn’t say it at the moment as I was still a bit dizzy/confused but thank you all for your help.”

I visited on Saturday 25th March at 2pm.... please Tesco make your colleague know his efforts are truly appreciated and I think the other customers who were served by him whilst I was in store would agree.”

“Self-service shopping available, full disabilities access, and toilets, a full range of products available, fresh and frozen foods, limited clothing, electric goods, pet food, some baked bread, lots of fruit and veg, fresh food ready meals, magazines and lottery much more not a super store but OK for weekly needs, plenty of free parking and electric car charger points, a post office and a cash machine available near to bus stop.”
