“Has most of the items you would need for various pets. I have a ball python and the staff an knowledgeable about them and have the frozen rats i need for food. Staff all seem like genuine pet lovers/animal lovers which goes a long way in these kind of stores. Shoped here for many years for dog/snake/guinea pigs. Always helpfull.”

“100% would recommend Wylies Welness centre. Their staff are always so helpful and friendly and go above and beyond! From their reception staff who always make you feel welcome and offer great help and advice where they can to their amazing vets. One of my dogs who is very nervous and reactive was unwell recently and their head vet Adele was so amazing with her, I couldn’t believe it. It’s so nice to have a practice who genuinely care about the welfare of your pet and understand that they’re family. I wouldn’t want my pets to go anywhere else. Thanks Wylies for everything, keep up the great practise that you’ve created.”

“Sadly had to have our kitten put to sleep due to a brain disorder meaning he couldn't stand, walk, wasn't eating or drinking and messing on himself. Lady vet we had couldn't have been kinder. Explaining that he probably had more wrong with his brain than we knew of. She treated Archie with kindness and was really patient with us where we were upset. She helped make a really hard moment that much easier”

I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there. “I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”

“A massive thank you to the staff at YHA! We were having a bit of a nightmare weekend with a hotel cancelling on us, we managed to secure a last minute booking at YHA and the staff were very kind to let us store our bags and get ready in the common area before our event. The wine & pizza in the cafe was great too! The following day after check-out we had another disaster situation, and long story short the receptionists let us use their phone to make a call, use their charger and go back to our room to retrieve a lost item. Without the YHA staff being so accommodating, our stressful weekend would be have 10 times worse! The room itself was clean and everything we needed for one night, good value food, nice communal areas and overall great vibes! Thank you again”

“few weeks ago, I visited Pets at Home in Chingford with my daughter to purchase her first goldfish. At the till, we asked for some assistance and were told someone would be called. After waiting a while and asking again, the colleague kindly radioed a second time, but we were still waiting. I then decided to look for help myself and came across a staff member named Amy, who was putting stock out. The moment I asked, she immediately stopped what she was doing and offered to help us without hesitation. From start to finish, Amy was absolutely fantastic – she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare nowadays to come across someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Amy is one of those people. She is a real credit to the Chingford branch and to Pets at Home as a company. I really hope she is recognised and celebrated for her outstanding work ethic and customer care. Since that visit, every time we return, we make sure to see Amy – she has been phenomenal each time.”
