Not only did he deliver within 24 hours. He called me and kept it safe until I could collect. He is always happy and has a positive outlook.”

Being a full, back to brick renovation, we encountered some problems we hadn’t foreseen with the joists and wiring. All this was clearly explained to us and everything has been re-done to a very high standard. The kitchen was finished yesterday and left in pristine condition.”

“We ( myself and my girlfriend) ordered a new laptop ( she did) but it wasn't available in Halifax at this price , so decided to buy it from the Manchester branch , then decided to make it a day out in Manchester that we always enjoy.. Anyway , we arrived at the store , the staff ( chap) was very helpful , and quickly found our order , checking it was the right one , double checking we were the actual customer who had paid for it , then done ....very helpfull, would not hesitate to do it again... “Brilliant service from the staff at this store. They were very helpful in locating a few items, checking stock for me and also obtaining some board games from the top shelf. No issues with this. We have used this store many times as it is our local branch and never had any issues. Ordered bikes and scooters from them, done click and collected and also been at the store when they host special offers (Harry potter lego etc).”
