“I have been using the new NHA app for over a year now. It is very easy to navigate and if you wish it can be sated with family etc. New information, reminders and test results are available on the app , l recently went for blood tests and the results were available on the app within 6 hours!! “Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

“My family of 5 stayed there Friday to Saturday this week. The staff are amazing and so friendly I have 3 ASD children and the staff were lovely with them all. As we were checking in the lady gave each of them some cookies. The beds are so comfy and I'd paid for breakfast which can I say fantastic such choice which is perfect for my children as they can be hard to cater for. As we were about to leave the restaurant one of the male staff came over and gave my younger 2 a Terry's chocolate orange each. I would definitely stay there again and can't rate it highly.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. Even though I had a few special requests, he was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’ll definitely return — partly because of the great service I received at the front desk.”

“I had such an outstanding experience at Nando’s from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional service — especially from Cayo. Cayo was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so looked after and valued as a customer. Cayo’s positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made the visit so special. The food, as always, was amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nando’s experience I’ve ever had. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Cayo brought that extra touch of care and joy that made all the difference. Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Cayo — you’re a star! Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout – all at a price that’s hard to beat. The building may be older, but it’s clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning – she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, she’s a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester – this will be my go-to hotel.”

“We love it here. Fantastic place for the kids. Staff are always fabulous, helpful and great with the kids. Food is good, not too expensive. Coffees good to. It is loud so if you have sensitive hearing taking some headphones would be advisable.”

“Nice place for people of all ages to have fun, play games, and dine as there is a restaurant in there. My kids love it here, and they can never get enough of the games. You can go along with your coins or change your notes into coins to play the games.”

“Ami Gibbs was amazing with me in the gym. I applied for a free day pass online and came into the gym and Ami showed me around the facilities. She was super helpful and friendly and made me really comfortable and the gym and pool area was amazing. Will definitely be looking to join once I’m back from travelling.”

“We organised a birthday party and the team were wonderful! So helpful and organised, they made it painless. The soft play itself is clean and there’s plenty of fun for everyone! Food is good and the coffee is very good too!”

“We stayed here with out 4 children for a few nights due to work being done at our home. I can honestly say the staff that work here are absolutely incredible. They made our stay so easy & couldn’t do enough! From prepping a high chair at meal times before we even came down to making paper aeroplanes with our son & making them fly! The staff here genuinely make the place and I honestly can not thank them enough! The rooms were perfect very large (we had 2 family rooms) VERY clean.”

“Just camped out there for the air max 1 atmos release. Staff were very helpful and camp went extremely smoothly. Hopefully they will receive more limited releases as this was by far the best camp I have experienced, also that they receive more stock for the unfortunate few that missed out.”

“Been enjoying roast meats all over Asia for the past 40 years. My first time at Park View ordering 3 meats and rice was spectacular, l portions were double than l would normally get from Manchester. The flavour of meats was better than expected they did not disappoint, l would not hesitate in recommending there restaurant.(l,ll be back)”

“A beautiful lake with plenty of ducks and geese. There were about 10 duckling and four baby moor hens. There's a flat accessible path ideal for wheelchairs and prams. There is a small park. There are no facilities or a car park.”

“I work at Willowhurst, the Preston service and I absolutely love my job. It can be challenging, we’re working with the most complex young people in the country, but seeing their progress and the difference placement makes to them is so rewarding. The team at Willow are a great bunch of people, so supportive and always up for a laugh too! The model of care is something you won’t find anywhere else and that’s what I love about it, it’s innovative and bold and it really works well. Would recommend working here if you really want to make a positive difference in the lives of young people!”

“I've purchased a battery a year ago from carparts4less and when it died this week their customers service told me to go to an Eurocarparts of my choice to exchange for a new one under warranty, they have even took the initiative to email me a VAT receipt to show at the desk. It took less than 5 minutes to walk out with a brand new battery - great service and couldn't wish for better!”

“I had an excellent experience at the bar in the Marriott thanks to Wade. He’s one of those rare bartenders who makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. Professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, Wade mixed fantastic drinks and offered great recommendations based on what I liked. What stood out most was his service—fast, thoughtful, and consistently upbeat, even when the bar got busy. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates. If you’re staying at the Marriott (or even if you’re just passing through), make sure to stop by the bar and ask for Wade. He’ll make your visit a great one. He really made my birthday so special x”
