“I can’t recommend Phil enough. He’s been walking our dog Winnie for several years now, and our beloved Treacle before that. Winnie is always up at the window in the morning waiting for her bestie, or uncle Phil as he is affectionately known in our household. When he’s here she’ll bark then go zooming out to him, helping herself into his car most times, tail going like the clappers. She always has the most fun and although she loves dunking and getting into anything gross and dirty, Phil makes sure she comes back to us in a reasonable state!”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Thank you so much for helping him!”

“When I arrived new to the area last year with a very poorly elderly cat, the team at Pike Moor were empathetic and incredibly caring. I take my other cat there and they continue to be helpful and caring, and just as importantly, they don't offer treatments just to bump up costs to owners. I would absolutely recommend Pike Moor to anyone looking for a new vets.”

“The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”

“Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”

“I have been highly satisfied with every visit, from reception to nurse and vet. All very welcoming and very professional, they are a great team and my pooch loves going. Our rabbit needed an emergency appointment which they gave me without hesitation, she then had to have a leg amputation. “I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”
