“I stayed at a Travelodge many years ago and it was pretty basic, I remember asking for an extra pillow and the staff disappeared and was never seen again, fast forward to Bolton's Travelodge and it was a totally different experience, the staff where helpful and welcoming, the room was basic but well proportioned and very clean, the bed was comfy. There was a bar and eating area with food on offer. My only niggle was the room was very hot and there is no A/C so had the have the window open, unfortunately it's quite close to a main road and it was like trying to sleep next to a race track, every person within a 20 mile radius that had a sports exhaust and a turbo was racing about till 4 am.”

“Staff extremely helpful (all six people) from the cigarette counter to the self checkout and Sue at the card section. In locating my shopping bag from which l lost yesterday before l did the actual shopping.The bag holds so much sentimental value to myself.I felt supported by each and all of them. “Had an amazing experience with them….. very nice place with free and secure parking their staff is quite nice and rooms are goods as per the price it quite cheap and room was clean comfortable. In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon”

“We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

You can be confident that your dog will come home not only looking and smelling beautiful but extremely happy and looked after - Chelsea treats every dog like her own, having watched her work you can see how much she genuinely loves every client and her passion for what she does. She only takes one dog at a time and so you are sure your dog receives her undivided attention, allowing them to build a trusting relationship with her. I sometimes wonder if my dog loves Chelsea more than me!!!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. I will 100% go back to them and will come recommend you guys 100% use thier service for your cats. “What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). A BIG Thank you to Sophie & the brilliant staff for looking after our Henry x”

“Not many groomers will groom a greyhound. Really lovely job, his size not mentioned or an issue. Nails clipped ears washed. My greyhound is a nervous dog, but I feel they look after him well . Brilliant job girls”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. I take my other cat there and they continue to be helpful and caring, and just as importantly, they don't offer treatments just to bump up costs to owners. “Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”

“The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”
