“Had an amazing experience with them….. very nice place with free and secure parking their staff is quite nice and rooms are goods as per the price it quite cheap and room was clean comfortable. In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon”

“We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

“Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. You can be confident that your dog will come home not only looking and smelling beautiful but extremely happy and looked after - Chelsea treats every dog like her own, having watched her work you can see how much she genuinely loves every client and her passion for what she does. She only takes one dog at a time and so you are sure your dog receives her undivided attention, allowing them to build a trusting relationship with her. I sometimes wonder if my dog loves Chelsea more than me!!!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. “What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc).
